Hi,
This is Waldemar from Revelation Freedom,
Bringing to you the Morning Breath of Life Meditation focused on the Holy Spirit.
Find a comfortable position.
And let your shoulders drop.
You don't have to do anything right now except be here with the Spirit who is already here within you.
Take one natural breath in.
Hold it.
And let it out slowly.
There's nothing to fix in the next 10 minutes.
Just communion with the Holy Spirit.
And continue to breathe naturally.
And as we do that,
Let's pause together and turn our attention to the Spirit's presence.
Notice the Holy Spirit right now within you.
Notice what's actually here this morning,
In your body.
Your thoughts,
Your mood,
Don't judge it.
Just notice while in his presence.
Maybe there's tension somewhere.
Maybe there's a worry sitting in the back of your mind.
Maybe you're just tired.
Whatever it is,
Let's name it honestly to the Holy Spirit who already knows and already cares.
Silently or out loud,
Finish this sentence.
Holy Spirit,
This morning I'm caring.
You don't need to solve it right now.
You're just bringing it into his light.
Now let's breathe gently,
No straining,
And become aware of the spirit within you.
Breathe in slowly.
Hold it.
Back straight,
Shoulders relaxed.
And release.
As you breathe in again,
Quietly receive this truth.
The Holy Spirit lives in me,
And I am His temple.
Breathe in again,
Nice and deep.
Let your belly fill up the middle section,
Upper portion.
Feel the expansion,
The release of tension.
Hold it.
And release.
Remember Jesus Christ has already reconciled you to Him and given you His Spirit,
Not as a distant visitor,
But as the One who dwells within you,
Permanently and personally.
He is not somewhere out there.
He is here in you right now,
Comforting,
Guiding,
Interceding for you,
Even when you don't have words.
Breathe in.
.
.
And welcome his presence.
Breathe out and release what you named a moment ago in his care.
Continue breathing.
Let that truth settle,
Not as an idea you're trying hard to believe,
But as a person you're becoming aware of.
You don't have to manufacture a feeling or summon him.
He's already here.
Just stay open to him.
Feel his presence within you.
Breathe in nice and deep.
And breathe out,
Resting in His Presence.
Continue breathing.
Naturally.
And if your mind wanders,
That's normal.
Just gently come back to your breath and the truth,
The Spirit of God is with me,
Within me,
And He is here right now with me.
Feel His presence flowing through you.
Right now.
With every in-breath,
Feel the breath of life flowing into you,
Filling you with His power,
His peace,
His love.
Continue breathing at your own pace for the next minute,
Simply resting in his presence.
Continue breathing the breath of life.
And rest in His presence.
Filling you with whatever you need in this moment.
Feel the breath of life flowing into your nostrils.
Down your throat.
Into your lungs,
Expanding outward,
Filling your entire body.
Nourishing you with His spiritual power.
Flowing through your lungs,
Your heart,
Your tissues,
Your blood vessels,
Your brain.
Let it all be filled with God's presence through the breath of life.
Whatever you named earlier,
That worry,
That tension,
Or that tiredness,
Let's bring it to the Holy Spirit right now.
Silently say,
Holy Spirit,
I don't have to let that have the final word over me today.
Now yield it to Him,
Hand it to His leadership,
Rather than carrying it in your own strength.
Ask Him directly,
Holy Spirit,
What's one small,
Faithful thing you're inviting me into today?
It doesn't need to be big.
Maybe it's simply moving into your day with less rush.
Maybe it's a conversation you've been avoiding.
Maybe it's staying aware of His presence as you go on your day.
Notice that right now.
Let that be your one step,
Taken into step with Him.
Now,
Take one more full breath in nice and deep.
Hold it.
Back straight.
Shoulders relaxed.
Imagine your mouth like a straw sipping a little more.
Feel the expansion in your chest.
Expanding,
Releasing the tension.
And release.
That's so good.
The pressure of today is real,
But the Holy Spirit who lives in you is greater than what you're carrying,
And He is not leaving your side.
