Welcome to this Dear Self meditation.

My name is Christina and I'll be guiding you on this journey of reflection and self-awareness.

Let us begin by taking a moment to simply honor where you are and who you are right now.

Sometimes,

The greatest challenges in our life are also our greatest triumphs.

Every moment has brought you to this place to dig deep,

To find that quiet flame in your heart and to let it burn with all the truth and love that you are.

It's not often that we pause to reflect,

To celebrate who we've become without judgment.

So I invite you now to simply rest in your own presence,

Your own body,

Your own humility.

If it feels right for you,

Please gently close down your eyes and allow yourself to sink into this present space,

Attuning to the breath moment by moment.

You may wish to place one hand on your heart and one on your belly,

Grounding into your own rhythm.

Let us begin.

Dear Self,

I'm so proud of your resilience,

Your ability to love through the dark and bring forth light.

I'm proud of your strength,

Not born of burden,

But in how gracefully you meet each moment.

I'm proud of how you hold on to faith,

Even when fear whispers louder.

I'm proud of your open heart,

How you share love freely,

Even when it feels unearned.

I'm proud of who you've become,

The friend,

The partner,

The sibling,

The parent,

The human.

I'm proud of how you've learned from your mistakes and kept going anyway.

I'm proud that you've never given up.

Hope has strayed by your side and your heart has led the way.

I'm proud of your courage to face discomfort,

To change and to grow.

I'm proud of the compassion you extend to others and now to yourself.

I'm proud of the dreams you've held and the fears you've faced to reach for them.

I'm proud of the boundaries you've honored for the joy,

Your well-being and your peace.

I'm proud of the quiet pauses where you simply honor your path.

And I'm proud of the joy you find in the simplest of things.

Thank you for being you,

For showing up,

For growing and for allowing yourself to just be.

You are enough.

You are worthy.

You are upcoming.

Trust in yourself.

Trust is the light that leads you home.

With every step,

Smile at the person you are now.

Dear self,
