Closing down your eyes,
Or perhaps just a soft gaze.
Making yourself as comfortable as possible here.
Finding stillness within the body and a connection to your breath.
Noticing the natural rhythm of your inhales and your exhales.
Feeling your body connecting to the earth beneath you.
Imagining roots extending from the sits bones into the ground,
The soil,
Deep into the earth,
Anchoring you,
Grounding you.
Bringing to mind all the ways mama earth nourishes you.
Fresh air,
Water,
Food,
Sunlight,
And beauty.
With each inhale,
Receive the earth's energy.
And with each exhale,
Send gratitude and love back to the earth.
Imagine our beautiful earth glowing with vibrant light,
Picturing forests,
Oceans,
And lands thriving.
And sending healing energy to places that need it.
Forests regrowing,
Waters cleansing,
And animals healing.
Taking a moment now to set an intention to care for mama earth in your daily life.
What could that look like?
Slowly bringing awareness back to your body.
Deepening your breath.
Taking a moment to thank the earth for its love,
