My name is Corianne,
And this meditation is brought to you by Gypsy Jasmine Wellness.
Begin by finding a comfortable position.
You can be seated or lying down.
Wherever you are,
Just allow your body to feel fully supported.
Closing down the eyes.
Taking a deep breath in through the nose.
Exhale slowly out your mouth.
Allowing the shoulders to soften away from the ears.
Taking another deep breath in,
Feeling the air fill your lungs.
And exhale,
Releasing any tension that you're holding in the body.
Letting each breath guide you deeper into ease.
Now bringing your awareness to your body.
Noticing where you feel sensations,
Areas of comfort,
And areas that might feel tight,
Sore,
Or heavy.
No need to judge or resist what you feel here.
Just simply acknowledge it,
As if you're saying,
I see you.
Begin to breathe into that area of discomfort.
Inhaling gently into the space around the pain.
And exhaling,
Imagining the breath creating a little bit more space,
A little more softness.
Each exhale washes through like a gentle wave,
Releasing what no longer needs to be held.
If the pain feels sharp or dense,
Visualize it as a knot,
Slowly unwinding.
Your breath is a warm light,
Soft,
Golden,
And healing.
With every breath in,
This light fills the tense area.
And with every breath out,
It carries away heaviness,
Resistance,
Or ache.
And as you notice your breath,
Start to find a slow,
Steady rhythm.
Inhaling for the count of four.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four.
And exhaling for the count of six.
Five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One.
Repeating this gentle rhythm on your own,
Feeling the release with every single exhale.
And just coming back to your normal breathing,
Silently affirming to yourself,
My body knows how to heal.
With each breath,
I invite comfort and ease.
I am safe in this moment.
Staying with this feeling for a few more breaths,
Breathing in calm,
Breathing out tension.
And letting that healing energy move through your entire body,
From the crown of the head to the soles of your feet.
When you're ready,
Begin to bring awareness back to your surroundings,
Wiggling fingers and toes.
And taking one final deep cleansing breath in.
And exhaling fully.
Namaste.
