Find yourself a comfortable seat,
Whether sitting straight or laying down,
Whatever is most comfortable for you.
Today we are going to channel our universal life force energy,
Collective consciousness energy,
And we're going to help raise the vibration of our own essence and all those around us.
Further helping uplift and strengthen the frequency of the collective consciousness and creating a ripple effect for all those around us.
As you begin to find yourself in a comfortable position,
Start to take notice of where the breath is.
Where is the breath in your body?
Is it high in your chest?
Is it up in your throat,
Sinuses?
Or is it lower maybe in your diaphragm or even lower yet in the belly?
As you become aware of the breath,
Start to take some intentional breaths here.
Breathing in,
In,
Envisioning a pure white or gold light coming through the nose,
Settling into the body.
As you breathe out and exhale through the mouth,
Allow this rhythm to begin.
Become comfortable with it.
Feel the cool air going through your nostrils,
Traveling throughout your body,
And then exiting out of the mouth in deep breaths.
Your only responsibility in this time,
In this moment,
Is to focus on the breath.
Breathing in,
Breathing in that white,
Hot light,
And exhaling any doubt,
Stress,
Worry,
Feelings of negativity that you might have,
Allowing them to exit the body with each exhale.
And as you continue this breathing pattern,
Start to notice where your mind is taking you.
Is it busy?
Are you thinking about what you're going to make for dinner later?
What you're going to be doing for work the next day?
Where is your mind taking you?
Allow it to take you on a little journey and just follow the thoughts.
No stress.
No feeling like you need to force your mind to quiet.
Just allow your mind to be just allow your mind to be in this moment.
And as you start to notice where the mind is taking you,
Start to envision a path.
It can be a sandy beach path,
Grassy forest floor,
Or if you're like me,
Maybe it's out in the desert somewhere.
Start to notice this path.
Feel the crunching of the ground underneath you.
Hear the wind as it echoes through the trees,
The waves,
Or a canyon somewhere.
Feel the sun hot on your body.
Notice any nature sounds.
Sounds of the birds,
Little animals scurrying through the forest floor.
As you walk,
Notice how everything feels.
And as you walk,
Notice how everything feels.
Really stay in tune with how this moment in time feels.
Allow yourself this moment,
Just this moment where nothing else matters and it's just you and nature.
And as you walk down this path,
Start to notice there's an open clearing just ahead of you.
Continue to walk until you find yourself in front of this clearing.
And have a seat wherever feels comfortable for you.
And as you sit,
Feel the energy of Mama Gaia underneath you.
Feel her loving,
Warm embrace,
The buzzing and the humming,
The nature all around you.
Place your hand on your heart,
And the other on your belly.
And continue the breathing pattern from earlier,
In through the nose,
Out through the mouth.
Allow your breathing to be intentional.
And as you sit and you breathe,
You focus on the feeling of the energy all around you.
And start to notice your heart center,
Heart chakra,
Green like emeralds,
Forest canopy.
Starts to burn a little brighter.
As you inhale,
It continues to grow brighter and brighter and brighter.
Notice how this energy feels for you.
Does it feel warm,
Tingly,
Hot even?
And this is the universal life force energy.
It gets to be this easy to tap into this energy.
And you can do this whenever you want.
This is your superpower.
You are in control of this moment,
And your existence right here,
Right now.
Spending a little time here,
Enjoying the way this feels.
Enjoying the way the sun is hitting your face,
The wind is rustling your hair.
Spend some time,
As you sit and you breathe,
Coming into a moment of gratitude and stillness for this moment.
Allow yourself just this moment.
When you are ready,
Take this gratitude that you feel for this moment,
This moment of stillness,
Relaxation,
And gather it all up into this beautiful ball of energy.
And imagine sending that energy down,
Down,
Down through your chakras.
Down through your solar plexus chakra.
Down through your sacral chakra.
Down through your root chakra.
Finally,
Down through your earth star chakra.
And allow that energy to melt underneath you,
Into the earth,
Through the earth's crust.
Down,
Down,
Down through the roots and the bones of those that came before.
Allow it to raise the vibration of Mother Gaia.
And knowing that you have added to the ripple effect,
The butterfly effect of consciousness.
And aided all those around you and yourself.
And feeling,
Activating this energy,
This consciousness.
And come back to the breath.
And on your next inhale,
Again,
Focusing on breathing in this white,
Beautiful light.
And on the exhale,
Releasing anything else that needs to leave today.
And you will not take it with you after our session today.
It gets to stay here in this clearing,
To be recycled and cleansed.
And when you're ready,
Go ahead and stand from the clearing and begin the walk back down the path.
Again,
Taking notice of all the sounds,
The sights,
The smells,
Sensations all around you.
Be in this moment.
Right here,
Right now.
When you're ready,
Envision arriving back to your body,
Wiggling fingers and toes,
Shrugging your shoulders,
Rolling your neck,
Doing whatever feels good in this moment.
And notice your breathing return to normal.
When you're ready,
Open your eyes and continue about your day full of grace,
Full of life,
Full of energy.
And you may come back to this whenever you need,
Whenever you feel like you need a little bit of support.
