Ensuring you're in a comfortable,
Safe space where you will not be disturbed.
Take a few deep,
Cleansing breaths in your own time.
Take a moment and call back all of your awareness,
All parts and aspects of you,
All of your thoughts and all of your energy.
Calling it back now with the intention for it to be healed,
Resolved,
Recharged.
Start to tune in to your body.
Shifting your focus from outward to inward.
Maybe this looks like following your breath as you inhale and exhale.
Maybe it feels like placing your hands on your body and connecting in with touch.
Continuing to focus inwards,
Shifting your body as you need to,
Allowing your breath to transform and transmute any tension in your body.
Allowing your in-breath to bring in peace and supportive energies.
And your out-breath to cleanse,

Does it smell like fresh cut grass?
Or like the woods or the ocean?
Or maybe you put your nose to a flower and breathe in that beautiful,
Healing scent.
Start to explore this beautiful,
Sacred space of yours.
Explore in a way that feels natural.
That feels beautiful and right for you.
Maybe you have your bare feet on the earth.
You feel the earth beneath every step.
Maybe you feel like dancing and exploring the place or doing cartwheels or flying.
This is your limitless,
Healing space.
Start to explore with all your senses.
Remember to bring in a sense of joy,
Wonder,
Play and excitement here with you in this space.
Continuing to call on and experience all of your senses.
Inviting them here to play.
As you continue to explore your sacred space,
You feel called to journey to the left.
Look to the left and you see a beautiful,
Sandy pathway between the trees.
Start to journey down that way,
Following the path.
Notice,
Is this a winding path or a straight path?
Are there small hills or steep inclines?
Does your path change from earth dirt to rainbows?
Allow this journey to unfold in a way that is perfect for you.
As you continue to journey down this sacred path,
You start to feel unconditional love emanating from all around you.
You start to feel your spirits lift.
And your mind relax.
Beautiful smile comes across your face.
The unconditional love wraps you physically,
Mentally,
Emotionally and spiritually.
It's a beautiful hug.
Like one you have never experienced before.
And one you didn't know you were missing until this moment.
Open and embrace.
Allow this unconditional love to enter.
Bringing in a sense of deep gratitude and awe as you journey down this path.
Feeling supported.
Feeling grounded.
Feeling limitless.
As you continue to journey down this path,
You notice there's a steep hill in front of you.
You feel called to journey up this hill.
Although the hill is steep,
It does not feel hard to ascend.
It may feel like you're floating.
An effortless effort to ascend this steep hill.
As you come to the top,
You take a nice deep cleansing breath and stretch,
Expand and open.
As you exhale,
Releasing what no longer serves you.
Releasing old limitations.
The bottom of the hill is the most beautiful willow tree you have ever laid eyes on.
It emanates beautiful flecks of gold,
Silver,
All colors you wish to see,
Feel and experience.
There's magic here.
You can feel it.
This tree feels so welcoming.
It feels like home.
The safest space you have ever been.
Journeying towards the willow tree.
Your sense of awe,
Love and gratitude all around you and within you.
As you approach the long willow branches and leaves,
You give thanks to the tree for all the energy you feel bestowing upon you.
Give deep gratitude.
When you feel ready,
Walking beneath the branches,
Separating them and becoming still under this beautiful willow tree.
You're surrounded in unconditional love,
Support,
Safety,
Grounding energy.
You feel called to sit at the base of the willow,
Leaning against the trunk.
Do you sit cross-legged,
Straight-legged,
Or maybe you feel called to lay down.
Feeling the earth beneath you,
The willow surrounding and protecting you.
Opening up and breathing in the stability and grounding energy of the earth here.
The wisdom,
The love,
The support.
Opening up and accepting this energy.
And allowing the energies that no longer serve you to be absorbed by the earth.
To be healed and resolved.
Feeling a deep sense of peace,
Safety and love here in this sacred space.
Taking a moment and connect even deeper with the earth in a way that feels right for you.
Maybe you ask for guidance.
Maybe you send deeper gratitude.
Maybe you just be still in this space.
Taking this time to connect even deeper to the earth.
It is time to start journeying back.

Give thanks to this beautiful willow tree and all the supportive energies all around and within you.
Slowly getting up from the willow and the ground.

And making your way back up the hill.
Returning the way that you came.

Coming out from the path back into your sacred space.

Taking a nice deep breath and giving gratitude again for this journey.
Giving gratitude to yourself for embarking on this journey to connect with earth.

Pulling back your awareness into your physical body.

Bringing with you all of your messaging,
All of your healing into your physical body.

Start to wiggle fingers and toes.
Gently fluttering your eyes open if they were closed.
Start to look around the room that you're in.
Continuing to ground your energy in here.
Start to deepen the movement in your body.
Maybe rotating wrists and ankles.
If you're lying down,
Rolling on to whatever side feels comfortable.
And gently making your way up to a seated position.
Stretch and move your body in any way that feels good for you right now.
I encourage you to journal your experience.

What we've released,
Any insights and healings.
It's beautiful to come back on.
