Close your eyes slowly and take a deep conscious breath.

Inhale through your nose,

Exhale softly through your mouth.

Let the day go,

Let the to-do list go,

Let your thoughts rest.

This is a moment just for you.

Take a deep and conscious breath and as you exhale,

Feel your body release effort.

Let yourself simply be here.

Bring your attention to your breath.

Feel the air entering through your nose.

Feel the air leaving gently through your mouth.

There is nothing to fix,

Nothing to force,

Just presence.

Feel how your chest rises with each breath,

How your belly softens and expands.

You are alive,

You are here,

It's enough,

It's a miracle,

It's a gift.

Imagine a soft light beginning to glow inside you,

Right at the center of your chest.

It is warm,

Gentle and full of love.

That light is you.

Not your name,

Not your role,

Not your story.

Just you.

Your essence,

Your untouched truth,

The eternal part of you that remains whole beyond every success or failure,

Beyond the noise of the world.

That light is your soul,

Your infinite self.

Breathe into it,

Let it grow,

Let it radiate gently through your chest,

Your arms,

Your face,

Your whole being.

This light is your home.

You never lost it.

You only need it to return.

To remember.

From this sacred space within,

Begin to repeat silently or softly aloud these words.

I am.

I am light.

I exist.

I am enough,

Just as I am.

I don't need to prove anything.

I don't need to carry what isn't mine.

My self is my deepest truth.

My self is my guide,

My home,

My root.
