Welcome to this meditation on wealth.

Not just material wealth,

But inner abundance,

Trust,

Peace,

And freedom.

This session is a gentle way of inviting your subconsciousness to shift,

Naturally and effortlessly.

Sit or lie down,

Close your eyes,

And allow yourself to receive.

We will start the meditation now.

Gently close your eyes,

If you haven't already.

Feel your body,

Take a deep breath in and out.

Let your shoulders drop,

Relax your jaw,

And feel yourself softening into stillness.

Feel the ground beneath you,

Your breath rising and falling like a wave.

Imagine you're standing in a wide open field.

The sun gently warms your skin.

There is nothing to do,

Just be.

You feel safe,

Relaxed,

Fully present.

Now imagine a soft stream of light flowing towards you.

Light of abundance.

Light of wealth.

It flows to you and all you need to do is allow it.

Silently repeat wealth flows to me.

I'm worthy of receiving.

I live in abundance.

Let these words sink in.

Visualize your life filled with abundance.

See yourself relaxed,

Free,

Surrounded by opportunities,

Peace,

And trust.

Notice what it feels like in your body.

Maybe there's a tingling or maybe there's a silence inside.

Whatever comes is perfect.

Let your breath gently fill your body.

Feel the energy spreading within you.

Feel every cell open to receiving.

Wealth,

Love,

Freedom.

No effort needed.

No providing.

No proving.

Just be.

Repeat once more.

I'm open to abundance.

I trust the flow of life.

Let it land in your heart,

Your belly,

Your heart,

Your whole being.

And simply rest in this energy.

Start to bring movement back to your body,

Your fingers,

Your toes.

Take a final deep breath.

And when you're ready,

Open your eyes.
