My name is Daniela and I guide you today into a space of calm presence and deeper connection between your body and your mind.
Through gentle breath,
Awareness and grounding visualization,
You'll begin to release tension and restore inner harmony.
Finally,
Find a quiet and comfortable place where you won't be disturbed and allow yourself this moment of stillness.
Let's begin.
Welcome.
Thank you for taking this moment for yourself,
For rest,
For stillness and for a deep connection between your body and mind.
Find a comfortable position,
Sitting or lying down.
Close your eyes gently and take a deep breath in and slowly out.
Feel the surface beneath you.
Let yourself be held by the chair,
The mat or the ground below.
There is nothing you need to do right now.
Just allow your attention to turn inwards.
Now bring your awareness to your body.
Notice how it feels in this moment without judgment.
Simply observe.
You might feel tension or calm.
Let everything be as it is.
Breathe in gently through your nose and out through your mouth.
With every exhale,
Release a bit of tension.
Let your shoulders drop,
Soften your jaw and allow your belly to relax.
Now gently shift your focus to your head,
Your mental space.
Are there many thoughts?
Is it busy or quiet?
You don't need to fix anything.
Just let your thoughts come and go,
Like clouds drifting across the sky.
With each exhale,
Feel yourself drop a little deeper,
A little further out of your head and back into your body.
Now imagine a soft stream of light,
Starting in your head,
Gently flowing down to your heart and into your belly.
Feel the connection,
As if your body and mind are meeting again.
Your mind calms down and your body feels heard.
Repeat softly to yourself.
I listen to my body,
I follow my inner knowing.
My head and heart work together.
Stay in this space of connection for a moment.
Feel your body more clearly and your mind more at ease and yourself as one whole being.
Now slowly bring your attention back to your breath.
Feel your belly rising and falling.
Feel the support of the earth beneath you.
Gently move your toes,
Your fingers,
Maybe roll your shoulders a little.
Now take one more deep breath in and slowly out and when you are ready,
Gently open your eyes.
Take a moment to notice how you feel in your body,
In your mind and in the space between.
