Hello,

Dear friend.

My name is Debbie,

And I want to thank you for trusting me to guide you this morning as you set your intentions for this amazing new day,

Allowing you to get the most out of it and take one step closer to the life that you desire.

So let's begin by finding a comfortable and quiet place to sit or lie down,

Ensuring that you won't be disturbed for the next 10 minutes.

And when you're ready,

Close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose and exhale slowly through your mouth.

And each time you inhale,

Imagine a wave of revitalising energy gently flowing from the top of your head down to the tips of your toes.

This wave of vitality carries with it a sense of enthusiasm and optimism.

And with each breath out,

Release any fatigue or tension from your body.

And I wonder if you can let your awareness drift to the sensation of your breath,

Noticing how each inhalation fills you with vibrant,

Awakening energy,

And each exhalation carries away any lingering weariness.

Inhale and exhale,

Rejuvenating with each breath.

And I wonder now if you can visualise a staircase in front of you.

The staircase has 10 steps and you are about to ascend it to embrace a new day and a new beginning.

And as I count up from 1 to 10,

You'll take a step up with each number,

Ascending into a state of heightened awareness and intention for the day.

Imagine yourself now standing at the base of this staircase.

1.

Take the first step up and with it,

Feel a surge of motivation wash over you.

Your body is becoming more and more energised.

2.

Another step up and you can sense the promise of a fresh start,

Like the dawn of a new day.

3.

Ascending further and notice how the morning light outside your closed eyelids seems to grow brighter with each step.

4.

Going up now,

Feeling lighter and more optimistic with every step you take.

5.

Halfway up and your body and mind are in perfect alignment.

Completely awake and receptive to positive change.

6.

Continue your ascent higher and higher as if you're reaching for the peak of your potential on this new day.

7.

You're almost there and you can feel the limitless possibilities that this morning brings.

Ready to assist you in setting your intention for the day.

8.

Taking another step up,

Your body feels invigorated and your mind is clear and focused.

9.

So close now,

On the second last step,

Where your connection to your inner intentions is strong and vibrant.

10.

You reach the top of the staircase in a state of profound readiness and intention.

Your heart aligned with the opportunities that this new day holds.

11.

As you've now reached this state of vibrant consciousness,

Where your subconscious mind is open and receptive to setting a positive intention for the day.

In this state,

You can easily align your thoughts and actions with your goals and aspirations.

And I invite you now to think about what your intention is for today.

Take a moment to affirm it with positivity and confidence.

And I invite you now to repeat the following affirmations silently to yourself.

Focusing on the uplifting words and feelings that they invoke.

I am filled with energy and enthusiasm,

Ready to embrace this new day.

I attract positivity and abundance into my life with every thought and action.

I am confident in my abilities and trust in the path that lies ahead.

I radiate kindness and gratitude,

Creating a ripple of positivity wherever I go.

I am the author of my own success,

And today I choose to write a story of achievement and joy.

Know that you have the power to make this day a success and to embrace it as a new beginning filled with opportunities and potential.

And when you are ready,

I wonder if you can become aware of your breath and the surface beneath you.

Take a nice deep breath in.

And on your next exhale,

Gently wiggle your fingers and your toes.

And when you are ready,

Gently open your eyes,

Carrying this renewed sense of energy and purpose with you into the world.

Embrace the opportunities that await you,

Knowing that you can return to this meditation whenever you need a boost to your morning motivation and focus.
