Welcome to this Throat Chakra Meditation.

Let's begin by finding a comfortable space to either sit or lie down.

When you are ready,

Gently rest your hands around your throat area.

Close your eyes and take a deep breath in,

Feeling your throat expand as you inhale,

And gently relax as you exhale.

Continue to take a few deep breaths in through your throat,

And gently exhale.

I invite you now to visualize a brilliant blue light glowing in your throat area.

This is your throat chakra.

See it radiating clarity and truth throughout your body.

And as you continue to breathe normally,

Imagine this blue light becoming more vibrant,

Filling you with the ability to express yourself clearly and confidently.

And then,

Either silently or aloud if you feel comfortable to do so,

Repeat the mantra,

Aum,

Allowing the sound to resonate in your throat and within your body.

As you continue to repeat the mantra,

Aum,

Feel this blue light expanding,

Dissolving any blocks or tension in your throat.

Let it clear your communication pathways,

Allowing you to speak your truth with ease and authenticity.

And if any thoughts of self-doubt or fear of expression arise,

Acknowledge them and then release them into the blue light,

Watching them dissolve and disappear.

Trust in your ability to communicate effectively and authentically.

And when you are ready,

Gently become aware of your breath again.

Bring your awareness back to the room.

Gently wiggle your fingers and your toes.

And slowly open your eyes.
