I invite you to gently close your eyes and begin by taking a few deep breaths,
Allowing your body to relax and your mind to become still.
Settle into a state of openness and receptivity.
Visualize yourself surrounded by a soft radiant light that's representing divine love and acceptance.
Feel this light enveloping you,
Filling you with a deep sense of peace and tranquility.
Now bring your mind to any areas of yourself or your life where you struggle to accept or let go.
Acknowledge these feelings without any judgment,
Allowing them to be present in this sacred space.
As you breathe in,
Imagine drawing in this healing light of acceptance and letting go.
And with each exhale,
Release any resistance or self-criticism you might be holding on to.
I invite you to repeat the following affirmations silently or aloud,
Allowing them to resonate deeply within you.
I am worthy of love and acceptance exactly as I am.
I release all judgments and expectations placed upon myself.
I forgive myself for any perceived shortcomings or mistakes.
I fully trust in the divine wisdom that guides me towards growth and transformation.
I completely surrender to the flow of life,
Knowing that I am supported and that I am protected.
I am a radiant being of light,
Embracing my true essence with love and compassion.
I let go of any fear and doubt as I'm opening myself to infinite possibilities.
I am free to be my authentic self.
Unapologetically and joyfully,
I accept all of me.
Now continue to breathe deeply and feel the energies of these affirmations entering every cell of your being.
Now I invite you to visualize a beautiful garden within your heart and mind.
Space and imagine yourself walking through this garden surrounded by blooming flowers and lush greenery.
As you explore this inner garden within your heart chakra,
Notice any burdens or heavy emotions you might be carrying and with each step imagine placing these burdens gently on the ground,
Releasing them with love and gratitude.
Feel lighter and more expansive with each release.
Knowing that you are creating space for new growth and new possibilities.
As we are coming to an end of this meditation,
I'm inviting you to take a moment to express deep gratitude for yourself and for this practice of radical self-acceptance and letting go.
