Some self-kindness that will help you become more authentic to your own body and heart.
It will allow you to begin to prime your mind for problem solving.
What if you soften your heart towards yourself today?
What if you are worthy of love and kindness,
Especially from yourself?
What would it be like to consistently treat yourself with warmth and kindness?
What if it's safe for you to become kinder and kinder to yourself?
What if you could feel more appreciation for the beauty that's within you?
What if you could feel more acceptance for the struggle that's within you?
What if you look beneath all the stories of self-judgement and connect more with your true self?
What if you could be gentle with yourself even when things are difficult?
What if you could honour all the imperfections and allow yourself to grow from all your mistakes?
Who could you become if you had more consistent access to self-compassion and kindness?
Now with all these thoughts stirring within you,
I just want you to take a moment to notice where self-kindness may be present in your body.
What texture,
Colour or shape does it have?
What stories has it been holding against you?
How would it move?
Now just allowing this self-kindness to wash over the whole of who you are.
And allowing yourself full permission to rest in this energy.
