Welcome to this guided meditation.
Get comfortable lying or sitting and let's begin.
I invite you to take a deep breath in and deep breath out and gently close your eyes.
Allow your top eyelids gently rest on your bottom eyelids and become aware of your breathing as you breathe deeply in and out.
Now I invite you to imagine that all of the stresses,
All of the challenges,
All of the thoughts,
All of the tensions from the day are like a coat that you're now actually taking off and you get to just draw up it on the floor next to you and you find as you do that an incredible sense of relaxation and ease and relief and release flows into your body and into your mind.
After this meditation is done you'll be able to pick up whatever you choose to but for now I invite you to take a few deep breaths in and out.
And as you breathe deeply,
I invite you to feel your breath going all the way down to the base of your body,
Filling up your belly,
Your lungs,
Your chest.
And as you breathe out,
Breath moving from the belly out through the chest,
The throat,
The nose.
And as you lengthen and deepen your breathing,
Allow your whole body,
Your whole torso to become connected to the breath.
Your breathing is becoming lower and deeper and longer and rounder.
And as you breathe,
More and more relaxation flows into your whole body,
Mind,
Soul system.
And now I invite you on the next inhale,
After the next inhale,
To hold the breath at the top of the breath.
This is what we often do with money.
We receive money in and we hold on to it so tight.
And now release the breath and breathe out.
And as you're breathing deeply,
I invite you also to notice that the in-breath and the out-breath is like the in and out flow of money in your life.
So once again,
Take a deep breath in,
Hold it at the top.
This is how many people get holding on,
Scared to spend.
And then a big exhale.
And on the next exhale,
See how long you can make the exhale last.
And on the next inhale,
See how long you can make the inhale last.
And as you breathe deeply,
I invite you to imagine that you are inhaling and receiving money and allowing it to fill up your whole energy body.
And as you are exhaling,
You're flowing money out into the world with gratitude to thank people for their value that they've provided to you.
So inhale with appreciation,
The energy of money filling up your whole energy system.
And exhaling,
Imagining money flowing out from you,
Spending it on things that are valuable to you.
Keep doing that a few more times.
Imagining the flow of money with each breath so that it feels natural and good.
And if you're glitchy on the inhale or glitchy on the exhale,
Just become aware of it and allow it to smooth,
Smooth through.
And now having breathed the energy of money in and out and connected to its flow,
I invite you to feel into the base of your body,
Your root chakra area.
And I invite you to imagine that there is a feeling of grounding and rooting and stability and safety that you can breathe into.
And I invite you to also feel your crown chakra right up at the top of your head,
Your connection to the infinite,
Your connection to the divine,
Your connection to source and abundance,
The abundance of energy flowing through you.
And as you take a few more of these deep breaths with the awareness of the energy of money,
I invite you to imagine breathing down from source in,
Filling up your whole body and really getting grounded and rooted in your base.
And as you exhale,
Coming back up your body and out through your heart area,
Connecting with other human beings.
Breathing in through your crown,
Down into your base,
This energy of money,
And exhaling up through your base and out through your heart,
Your ability to connect value with value,
With other human beings.
And now very slowly and gently,
I'm going to count back from 10 to 1.
And as I do,
You'll find your awareness returning back into the room and you'll feel bright and light and energized and be ready to continue on with your day.

Blink your eyes together and open them.
And you might want to have a big stretch up and a big yawn.
