Welcome to your guided meditation.
My name is Tasha,
Thank you for allowing me to be your sacred guide.
Tonight's meditation is not about fixing or healing anything.
It's about coming home to yourself to remember love and safety.
Take a moment to become fully present with yourself and check in with your body to see how it feels before we get started.
I invite you now to get comfortable in whatever way allows your body to feel most supported.
Feel free to sit or lie down and then gently close your eyes and get comfortable.
Let's start by taking a slow,
Deep breath in through your nose.
Hold it at the top and let it all go.

1 Hold it at the top and allow that breath to travel all the way into the deepest parts of your body.
Slowly,
Slowly exhaling it out,
Letting the breath move down and out through your pelvic floor into the earth.
One more time,
Another slow,
Deep breath in through your nose,
Down,
Down,
Down through your core,
Down your legs and exhale,
Surrender.
Surrender to the moment,
Slow,
Unforced,
Allowing.
Trust that wherever your mind goes,
Energy naturally flows.

1 Breathe in once again,
Fresh life force energy.
Exhale it out and let it all go.
Begin to tell your body that it is safe to relax,
Give your eyebrows permission to stand down,
Tell your jaw to unclench,
Tell your shoulders to soften and call all parts of yourself home.

1 Now bring your awareness to the space between your pelvic floor and the earth beneath you.
Feel gratitude for the earth holding you,
Supporting you,
Receiving you.
Imagine your energetic cord extending gently from the base of your spine,
Traveling downward through the soil,
Through the rock,
Through the lava,
Through the deepest layers of the earth,
Until it reaches the center of her crystalline core,
The biggest,
Clearest quartz crystal you have ever imagined or seen in your entire life,
Sitting at the center of the earth waiting for you to root yourself into.
Wrap this cord of yours around her quartz crystal securely.
The earth receives you without question.
You don't have to earn her support.
Gently give your hips a nice small energetic tug,
Just enough to feel rooted,
Anchored and held.
Know that you are safe,
You are supported.
Take a moment to breathe in earth's loving energy through your energetic roots.
Breathe it up from the earth into your body and out the top of your head.
Then let it all go.
This is your moment to let the day go.
To release anything heavy you've been carrying.
There is nowhere else you need to be,
Nothing you need to do,
Nothing that needs your immediate attention.
So let yourself soften.
Let your breath deepen.
Then,
Tonight is about coming home.
Let your body know it is safe to be here.
Just as a mother cares for her child,
Mother Earth cares for you.
Receiving what you release and gently transmuting it back into love.
Through the air we breathe,
Through the water we drink,
And through the food we eat.
Her love is the ultimate,
Unconditional gift that we as humans take advantage of in our everyday lives.
With every new,
Fresh inhale,
Allow your nervous system to settle.
With every exhale,
Invite in more of a sense of safety.
Silently repeat to yourself,
I am safe.
I am held.
Now keeping your eyes closed,
Place both hands over your heart.
Let your palms rest there,
Warm,
Steady,
Present.
This is not symbolic.
This is your nervous system receiving care.
Touch calms the body.
Now with each new,
Deep breath in,
Quietly call upon loving energy to enter your heart.
You don't need to ask perfectly.
You just have to have the intention and take one small action step toward it.
Imagine this beautiful,
Loving energy starting to pour down into the top of your crown chakra,
Flowing down,
Down,
Deep,
Over your third eye chakra,
Down into your neck and throat,
Pouring into your chest and lungs,
And finally reaching your heart space.
Feel it as it fills your heart space with warmth and light.
With every inhale,
Focus your attention on breathing love in.
And with every exhale,
Let love settle a bit deeper into your body.
If you can't feel it,
That's okay.
Don't focus on that.
One thing that might help you tap into this loving energy is to think of one thing you truly love in life.
A person,
An animal,
Maybe an experience.
Tap into that energy of how it makes you truly feel loved.
And call more of that feeling into your body.
Love is a powerful energy that trumps any other energy in this world in terms of vibration.
What this exercise is doing is raising your vibration to the frequency of love.
Silently repeat this intention after me.
Dear Universe,
Thank you for filling the cup of my heart so it is overflowing with your love.
Continue to breathe in love while quietly telling yourself,
I am safe.
I am held.
I am loved.
There is nothing you need to earn.
There is nothing you need to prove.
Love is available to you right now.
Allow yourself to receive it.
Allow yourself to sit here for a few more deep breaths in.
Being filled.
Being filled with love.
Anytime you feel anxious,
Unloved,
Or overwhelmed,
This is one way to align with love and fill yourself up with positive,
Loving energy.
Hands to heart.
Breath to heart.
Love returning home.
Now,
If you would,
Gently invite your inner child to join you.
Imagine her nearby,
Checking us out from afar.
Not yet ready to make a full appearance just yet.
Just close enough to feel your presence.
Is she peeking around a corner?
Is she at the opposite end of the room?
Notice her age,
Her energy.
Make soft eye contact with her.
Offer her a gentle smile.
Wave hello to her.
Telepathically,
Ask her to show you a place where she feels safe.
Go with the first image or feeling that arises.
What do you see?
Now imagine the two of you standing together in this safe place.
Take a moment to really be present there.
How does this place make you feel?
How does being there with her make you feel?
Gently hug your inner child with your whole heart.
Offering her your full presence.
Let her feel chosen.
Let her feel loved.
Let her feel protected.
Tell her you're here now.
That she doesn't have to be strong or scared or fine anymore.
Ask her softly.
What do you need from me to feel safer in life?
And just listen.
Now ask the little you.
What are you yearning for most right now?
Is it more play?
More fun?
More truth?
More water?
Better friends?
More nature?
Trust what she tells you.
Whatever arises is perfect.
Promise her you will begin offering these things,
Not perfectly,
But lovingly.
Let her know you are creating stronger boundaries now.
Boundaries that will keep you both feeling safe no matter what.
And then ask her if there's anything else she wishes to share.
Give her that time to speak.
And when she's done,
Thank her for showing up.
And tell her that she's been heard.
Tell her she is important.
That her voice matters.
And that you will check in with her often.
Remind her you are a brave and protected soul in a human body.
And you are deeply loved.
Now imagine the little you transforming gently into pure white light.
Soft,
Radiant,
Magically beautiful.
Allow that light to merge into your heart space.
Integrating naturally.
Open your heart to receive her.
Check in and notice,
Just for a moment,
How your heart feels slightly different than it did from before we started.
How it may have an extra pulse in its rhythm.
How it may feel slightly larger than it did before.
Just notice.
If you would,
Begin to bring your awareness back to your body.
Back to the room you're in.
Wiggle your fingers and toes.
Feel the support beneath you.
And when you're ready,
You can gently open your eyes.
Carrying this feeling of safety and home and love with you.
Thank yourself in this moment for showing up to this meditation.
Thank your inner child for feeling safe enough to come join you.
