Continue to breathe deeply,
Allowing each inhale to energize you and each exhale to ground you into the present moment.
Feel the solid ground beneath you,
Providing a sense of stability and support.
Visualize roots extending from your body into earth below,
Tapping into its deep reservoir of energy.
As you inhale,
Imagine drawing off this earth energy through your roots,
Filling you up with strength and vitality.
With each exhale,
Release any stagnant energy or negativity,
Allowing it to be absorbed by the earth.
Envision yourself standing on a serene beach,
The warm rays of the morning sun kissing your skin,
The sound of gentle waves lapping against the shore filled the air,
Creating a soothing melody that calms your mind and uplifts your spirit.
Take a moment to immerse yourself in the tranquil beauty of this ocean scene,
Feeling the warmth of the sun on your face and the soft sand beneath your feet.
Turn your attention inward and focus on your breath.
With each inhale,
Imagine drawing in the revitalizing energy of the ocean,
Filling you with a sense of aliveness and renewal.
Feel this energy circulating throughout your entire being,
Invigorating your body and refreshing your mind.
As you exhale,
Release any tension or resistance,
Allowing it to dissolve into the vast expanse of the ocean.
Continue to breathe deeply,

With each inhale,
