Hello and welcome to this meditation to boost your energy.

So firstly,

Find a comfortable seated position.

You can either sit on a chair with your feet flat on the ground,

Or you can sit cross-legged on a cushion,

If you prefer that.

So now sit up straight,

Lengthening your spine,

And place your hands on your knees or in your lap.

Close your eyes and take a few deep relaxing breaths,

Inhaling deeply through your nose and exhaling gently through your mouth.

Begin by grounding yourself.

Imagine roots growing from the soles of your feet,

Anchoring you to the earth.

Feel the solid connection,

Providing stability and support.

With each inhale,

Draw up the earth's energy through these roots,

Feeling it fill your body with this warm,

Grounding sensation.

I want you to focus on your breath now.

Inhale deeply through your nose,

Drawing in this fresh,

Invigorating energy.

Feel your lungs expand as you breathe in this life force.

Hold it for a moment and then exhale slowly through your mouth,

Releasing any tension,

Any tightness.

Picture a beautiful golden sun rising in the sky.

Its rays are warm and energizing,

Filling the world with light and vitality.

Imagine the sunlight streaming down,

Enveloping you in this glow.

Feel the warmth on your skin and feel the light penetrating every cell in your body,

Waking you up and charging you with this beautiful energy.

Starting at the top of your head,

Imagine the beautiful sunlight moving down through your body,

Energizing and revitalizing each part as it goes.

Feel it flowing down your face,

Relaxing your forehead and jaw.

Let it move into your neck and shoulders,

Releasing any tightness.

Feel the warmth travel down your arms and into your hands,

Your fingers,

Filling them with this tingling and lively sensation.

Allow that warm sunlight to flow into your chest,

Expanding your lungs and your heart with this beautiful golden energy.

Feel it move through your belly,

Awakening your organs,

Into your hips,

Into your legs,

Grounding you even further.

Allow the sunlight to reach your toes,

Filling you completely with its vibrant golden energy.

With your body now fully charged,

Repeat silently to yourself,

I am filled with this golden and vitality energy.

I embrace this day with enthusiasm.

My body is awake,

My mind is clear and my spirit is vibrant.

Imagine this golden energy radiating out from your body,

Creating a bright protective aura around you.

This energy not only boosts you,

But also positively influences those around you,

Spreading warmth and positivity.

Gradually bring your awareness back to the present moment,

To the here,

To the now.

You can wiggle your fingers and your toes,

Feeling the energy flowing through them.

And when you are ready,

Gently open your eyes,

Carrying this sense of vitality and focus with you into your day.
