Your body and brain deserve a little space to breathe and move.
This is your moment to reset.
You don't need to do anything perfectly,
Just follow along however feels good.
You can do this standing,
Sitting in a chair,
Or even at your desk.
Let's begin with a few breaths.
Take a deep breath in through your nose,
And out through your mouth.
Let's do two more like that,
Inhale,
Exhale.
Last one,
Breathe in,
And let it go.
Now gently roll your shoulders up,
Back,
And down.
Nice and slow.
Let's do that again,
Up,
Back,
And down.
Now reverse it.
Roll your shoulders forward in a smooth circle.
One more time.
Good.
Let's stretch.
Reach both arms up towards the sky like you're growing a little taller.
Wiggle your fingers up there,
Reach,
Reach,
Reach,
And let your arms float back down.
Now gently twist to the right.
Just turn your upper body a bit,
And look over your right shoulder.
Hold it while you breathe in,
And out.
Now coming back to the center,
Let's twist to the left.
Look over your left shoulder,
And take another deep breath in,
And out.
You can turn back to the front.
Let's add a little movement to the breath.
Breathe in,
And reach your arms up again.
Breathe out,
And let them float down.
Let's do that two more times,
Inhale,
Arms lift,
Exhale,
Arms lower.
Last one,
Big breath in,
Stretch tall,
And exhale,
Release.
Now just rest your hands wherever they're comfortable.
Take a second to notice how your body feels.
Maybe your shoulders feel looser,
Maybe your breath feels a little easier.
This short break gave your brain and your body a little reset.
You can come back to this anytime you need to recharge or recenter.
