Welcome to this daydreaming practice.
It is important to release expectations and anticipation for what may or may not occur during this meditation.
I encourage you to invite in any beings you would like to be here with you,
Whether it's for protection,
For guidance,
For healing,
Or just to help encourage your imagination and your creativity.
I invite you,
Once we begin the practice,
To truly dive into your imagination,
Freeing yourself of any bounds,
Allowing yourself to dream bountiful,
Wonderful,
Incredible experiences that may or may not be quote unquote impossible to achieve in this reality and in this lifetime.
Regardless of if you believe you may or may not be able to achieve these dreams,
Don't let it stop you from dreaming and fantasizing and gazing and seeing and envisioning or feeling into these experiences.
Make sure to get comfortable.
You can be in movement for this meditation.
You can be sitting,
Standing,
Laying down,
Eyes open or closed,
But allow yourself to get comfortable now.
Begin by being aware of your breath right here,
Right now,
Without changing it,
Without judging it.
Allow yourself to breathe into your body,
Feeling your lungs expand with air and feeling the air exhaling back out through your body.
Begin to intentionally deepen your breath,
Taking full,
Deep breaths,
Breathing into your diaphragm and your lungs,
Holding at the top for just a minute before exhaling fully and completely.
On your next exhale,
See,
Feel,
Imagine,
Trust,
Know,
Or understand roots growing down and out through the bottom of your spine or maybe your feet.
Feeling these roots growing down and passing through the floor,
Connecting with the roots of the plants and trees around you until these roots grow stronger,
Passing through all the layers of the earth until they reach and wrap around the crystalline core of our mother earth,
Grounding you here in her love,
Knowing that you are safe to release and let go of anything that is no longer serving you.
And if you're having a difficult time letting go of the ruminating thoughts,
Know that that's okay and you are always welcome to focus in on your breath.
As you breathe in,
You may like to think to yourself,
I am breathing in.
And as you exhale,
You may like to think to yourself,
I'm exhaling.
You may come back to the breath at any moment in this practice.
Feeling into these roots coiling and grounding you here in mother earth,
Feel the light of mother earth moving up these roots until they meet the bottoms of your feet.
You might tingle or glitter,
Feel warm or cold,
Or you might just understand and trust that the light is meeting your energy centers.
Feeling this light moving up your legs,
Passing through your root,
Up through your pelvis,
Your hips,
Your stomach,
Your heart and your chest,
Your lower and your upper back.
Feeling this light moving down through your arms,
Into your hands and your fingers,
And up through your neck until it completely envelops your head and your entire being.
Bring your awareness into your heart center.
Begin to notice a light flittering and glowing and growing within your heart.
With each breath you take,
Feeling this light expanding bigger and brighter through your entire body.
Feeling this light merging with mother earth's light.
Feeling this light growing until it's above your head and beneath your feet,
In front of you and behind you.
Trusting that as you breathe,
You are safe here in this light.
And the light continues to expand across the room that you are in.
You may like to see this light expanding around your town or neighborhood,
Village,
Territory,
Country,
Land,
Continent,
Across the oceans and across our entire globe,
Surrounded in your sacred sovereign light.
You may like to ask your ego to take a step aside,
Or you may like to invite it in for this daydreaming meditation.
But when you feel ready,
Invite in your highest self to be here.
And begin to imagine,
Trust,
Sense,
Or know that there are endless possibilities for your heart's desires,
Wishes,
Goals,
Fantasies.
Your soul and your heart have dreams that maybe you know about,
Or maybe you have yet to discover.
Releasing your expectations,
Begin to think about,
Ponder,
Imagine,
See,
Or feel into one heart's desire.
Focusing on one thing at a time,
Really tuning in to how it feels to be experiencing this.
I will guide you back when it's time,
But I invite you to let your imagination run free.
Freely and fully,
Boundless,
To imagine and dream anything you please.
Feel free to stay here as long as you would like,
Continuing to play and let your imagination daydream away.
But when you feel ready,
Have gratitude for taking a few minutes out of your day,
Allowing your heart and your soul to reveal information to you,
Or maybe to revisit a dream you've known about for a while.
Regardless of what you experienced,
Have a moment of gratitude for taking this time for yourself.
When you feel ready,
Begin to deepen your breath,
Coming back into your physical body,
Back into the space.
Gently and softly focusing on your breath,
Maybe noticing if it feels different than when you began.
It might feel good to add gentle and soft movement,
Maybe moving your head gently from side to side or wiggling your toes and fingers,
Placing a hand over your heart and feeling your heart beating.
You may find great benefit in dedicating at least once a week to come back into this heart space to continue to daydream and fantasize about whatever it is your heart desires,
Whether it's the same thing or something new every week.
Creating this intentional practice will help you follow your joy and understand your soul's truest and deepest wishes.
Taking as much time as you need to come back and having gratitude for this practice.
Thank you for meditating with me.
I hope you have a wonderful rest of your day.
