This meditation consists of around 15 minutes of Reiki healing, specifically to heal and stengthen one's self love and compassion. After a quick grounding exercise, enjoy listening to guided affirmations followed by several minutes of silence for maximum relaxation and healing. Make sure to drink an extra glass of water upon completing this meditation to help the energy flow through your body.

Reiki self-love and compassion meditation.

Start off by laying down or sitting comfortably and taking in a few deep inhales in and out the nose.

Exhaling deeply filling up your entire body with air and then exhaling completely.

On your next exhale,

Imagine roots shooting down from the bottom of your spine deep into Mother Earth,

Wrapping around the core of the Earth.

And on your next inhale,

Imagine a bright ball of light right above your head.

See this ball of light expand over your entire body.

I will now begin channeling in the Reiki energy,

Allowing it to go where it needs to go for the greatest and highest good of all.

You may feel this energy as a comforting warmth.

You may feel tingles or movements in your body.

You may see colors.

Breathe at a normal pace,

Whatever is most comfortable to you.

Just observing your body and allowing yourself to experience this energy.

I will soon speak some affirmations and repeat them three times each to help strengthen your self-love and self-compassion.

You may repeat these affirmations to yourself either in your head or out loud or simply just listen and allow your subconscious mind to repeat them for you as you relax and breathe.

When you feel ready,

Start taking in some deep inhales.

Coming back to the body,

Feeling where you connect to whatever you are laying or sitting on.

You can start to wiggle your toes and fingers and add soft slight movements throughout your body.

Slowly opening your eyes,

Becoming aware of the space that you are in.

Feeling gratitude for taking this time for yourself to receive this healing in order to help strengthen your self-love and compassion for yourself.
