Welcome to this guided meditation on gratitude and abundance Take a moment to settle into a comfortable position Whether you are sitting or lying down,
Allow your body to relax Close your eyes gently and bring your attention inward We will begin with a breathing exercise to help calm the mind Open the heart and create space for deep gratitude Now take a deep breath in through your nose,
Filling your lungs completely Hold this breath for 7 seconds And now,
Exhale slowly through your mouth As if you are blowing through a straw for 8 seconds Again,
Inhale deeply through the nose,
Expanding your belly and chest Hold for 7 seconds And exhale fully through the mouth,
Slow and steady Continue this breathing cycle for a few minutes I will leave you with the rhythm of your breath and I'll be back shortly Now,
Gently return to your natural breathing rhythm Shift your awareness to the center of your chest,
To your heart space Gratitude is felt here It is the purest and highest vibrational energy Stronger than fear,
Stronger than doubt,
Stronger than lack Gratitude aligns you with abundance Take a moment to bring to mind something in your life that you are deeply grateful for It could be a person,
An experience,
Or simply the ability to breathe and be present in this moment As you hold this thought,
Imagine a warm golden light growing in your heart With every breath,
It expands,
Filling your entire chest with warmth and love Gratitude is not just a thought,
It is a force A frequency that attracts more joy,
Love and opportunities into your life Now repeat silently in your mind I am grateful for all that I have,
And I welcome even more abundance into my life I am grateful for all that I have,

Feel them as truth Allow gratitude to flood your entire being Let it radiate beyond your heart,
Filling the space around you Visualize yourself surrounded by golden energy This is your field of gratitude With each inhale,
You are drawing in more blessings With each exhale,
You are sending gratitude out into the universe Stay with this feeling Let yourself rest in the space of appreciation and expands Know that this feeling of gratitude is always within you No matter what happens externally,
You can always return to the space As we gently transition back,
Begin to bring awareness to your body Wiggle your fingers and toes,
Feel the surface beneath you Take one final deep breath in,
Filling your body with gratitude And exhale completely,
Releasing any tension When you are ready,
Gently open your eyes Take this gratitude with you into your day The more you appreciate life,
