Let go of all the tension in your body.
Relax your face,
Relax your neck,
Shoulders and arms,
Quiet your thoughts,
Quiet your mind and again take a deep breath in,
Deep,
Deep breath into your nose and exhale through your mouth and relax some more.
Go to your heart and then feel,
Visualize,
Intend your journey to earth and speak from your heart,
I am on a journey to earth.
I am my true authentic self,
A divine being,
Before I incarnate as a human,
To have a human experience.
I remember I began my journey at source,
Wrapped in this pure purple divine light.
This purple light is my true divine nature,
My true authentic self and wrapped in this energy,
I continue travelling through space and I imagine that I am arriving at the earth grid for the first time for this incarnation.
Take a deep breath in and as I exhale,
I just imagine that I am now jumping in.
I am now jumping in from the boundary of the earth grid into this physical incarnation and I find myself now in the earth plane and on the earth in spirit form.
I am just about to be birthed again and so I imagine that my parents are there or that my mother is there,
It doesn't really matter.
I simply set my intent for the timing,
The timing is just before my appearance in this human baby.
And as I focus on this timing,
Right before I go into this human baby body,
I notice that I still carry this same deep purple light.
I have not changed,
I have not changed,
I am still one and the same,
This pure,
Beautiful,
Authentic divine being that I am.
Take a deep breath in,
Deep,
Deep breath into your nose and as I exhale,
I now,
As I am about to be born,
Reset my intent one more time.
As I say from my heart,
I am now about to be born in this human shape.
I will not give up my true,
Authentic self.
In this lifetime,
I promise to be true to who I really am.
I promise to respect my true identity,
My true soul lineage.
I will not be afraid.
I will not be confused,
I will not be ashamed.
I am who I really am,
An expression of my divine creator in a unique,
Pure,
Divine configuration.
And this divine nature is the one I am choosing to display to others,
No matter what.
Take a deep breath in and as I exhale,
I imagine that I am now entering that baby form,
Always with this deep purple energy within me and wrapped around me.
So that this baby,
This beautiful baby,
This baby body is also merged.
I become one.
And so this deep purple light is also deep within every cell of this human baby and wrapped around him or her as a blanket.
I keep focusing on this baby,
On this new,
Newborn baby that is me.
And I keep focusing on this energy that is my true,
Authentic identity.
It is all one and the same.
Take a deep breath in and as I exhale,
I imagine that this baby is now growing older,
Always keeping this deep purple light within it,
Wrapped around it.
I just imagine,
Visualize,
Intend that I keep moving forward in time,
Through time.
I don't worry about the details of this lifetime.
Those details are really irrelevant.
My only focus is that I keep this deep purple light,
Which is my true,
Authentic self,
Merged with this physical body.
As I am one,
Two,
Three years old,
As I keep growing,
I hold this deep purple light within me and around me.
At the age of five,
Seven,
Eight,
Ten,
Twelve.
I keep moving through time,
As this human aspect is thirteen,
Sixteen,
Eighteen,
Twenty-one,
Twenty-three.
I just keep sipping through time,
As I am always focusing on this deep purple light.
Twenty-five,
Twenty-nine,
Thirty,
Thirty-five.
This light is within my body,
Wrapped around me,
All around me,
As I move through time and as I arrive to the current physical body that I have.
Take a deep breath in,
And as I exhale,
I begin to imagine that same purple light,
Perfectly merged with me,
At my heart center.
My heart is now filled with this deep purple light,
And I am wrapped completely with this same light.
It's a blanket of love all around me.
And I now see it.
I visualize it.
It is there,
That same purple light that began at source,
Flows through a massive network of beams,
Beams of light,
Throughout the universe,
Through the earth grid,
And it ends where I am now,
In this physical body.
I am now in this physical body,
Holding this same identity.
I am one and the same.
I am this light that began at source,
Right here,
Right now,
On the earth.
There is no separation anymore.
I am my true,
Authentic self,
Right here,
In this human body,
In every moment in time.
And so it is.
