Take a deep breath in,

Deep breath into your nose and exhale through your mouth and just relax.
Relax the muscles in your face,
Soften your eyes,
Soften your gaze.
Relax the tension in your shoulders,
Your neck,
Your arms,
Your hands and again take a deep breath in,
Deep,
Deep breath into your nose and exhale through your mouth and relax some more.
Quiet your mind,
Quiet your thoughts.
And one more time,
Take a deep breath in through your nose and as you exhale,
Go to your heart and from there say I now ask and intend to create a sacred space.
I ask and intend for my spirit family of source to be with me and support me and to keep me in a very safe and protective space.
I now ask,
Intend and choose to align my energy and my energy channels perfectly with the energy and the energy channels of source of my divine creator at the center of the universe.
I now ask,
Intend and choose to allow the energy of creator to come through me,
Through my entire physical being and I ask to release the blocks that are lodged in my physical organs and glands that are preventing me from receiving the divine flow fully and completely and that are preventing me from fully experiencing,
Living,
Breathing and being my true divine self in this human experience.
I now ask,
I intend and I choose to bring fully the energy through of my divine creator of source and of my own true divine blueprint through my physical body in this physical reality.
And so it is.
Take a deep breath in and as I exhale,
I now feel,
I just feel,
See,
Sense,
There is a ball of light coming up below me from the center of the earth all the way up to where I am right now.
And this ball of light is just below my feet,
It is yellow and purple,
Or in fact it appears to be yellow and purple,
But it is a very unique frequency from a divine nature.
I see it,
I feel it,
I sense it.
This ball of light is now filling my feet completely.
It's filling my feet.
Almost every cell in my feet is filled with this warm yellow and purple light.
And this light fills my ankles,
My legs,
My knees,
My thighs,
My lower back and belly,
My stomach,
My chest and upper back,
My arms,
My shoulders,
My neck,
My throat and my head.
And I let this light come out of the top of my head,
Connecting me all the way back to Source.
I am in this light now,
Completely.
Yellow and purple light,
Connecting me powerfully from Source to the earth and back.
Take a deep breath in,
Deep,
Deep breath,
Into your nose and exhale through your mouth.
And from here,
I focus on my heart center.
And I feel that divine frequency.
And I allow it fully.
This divine frequency that filled my cells raises my vibration and matches my divine blueprint now.
This is the energy of healing,
Of well-being,
Of unconditional love.
And it is present everywhere in my cells now.
And I know,
I trust,
I feel,
I sense.
This formula allows my cells to regenerate and to remain at a constant level of vitality,
Of health,
Of well-being and balance.
Because this is my original divine blueprint.
This energy is who I really,
Really am.
Take a deep breath in,
And as I exhale,
I now feel.
I am in this perfect alignment with the energy of Source.
And in this alignment,
I state my intent from my heart once more.
So I go to my heart and I say,
I now ask and intend to let go of all of my blocks from every cell in my physical body and from my energy field.
And I now ask to begin to vibrate at a frequency that is matching my divine formula,
My true divine blueprint.
I now choose,
I command,
To bring my unique,
Pure,
Divine frequency through.
Through every cell in my body,
Through every fiber in my energy field.
In every moment of the day,
In every thought,
In every word,
Every interaction,
Every action.
In every breath,
In every movement of my body,
In every single moment of my being,
I am and will be my true divine essence in this human shape.
I now ask,
I intend and I choose to raise my vibration and to be in complete alignment with the frequency of Source.
Every moment of the day,
As of now,
As of today.
And so it is.
