And exhale through your mouth.
And just relax.
Relax your face.
Soften your eyes.
Relax the tension in your neck,
Your shoulders,
Your arms and your hands.
And again.

And exhale through your mouth.
And quiet your mind.
Quiet your thoughts.
Take a deep breath in.
And as I exhale,
I now visualize an energy.
It could be a being.
And this being,
This energy,
Is in a form of light.
It is very,
Very powerful.
It is silver and white.
Mostly silver,
Actually.
And this energy has to do with taking charge.
Regaining the control and the power over my body and my mind.
As I focus on this energy,
This being,
This form and ball of light,
I notice different tones of silver and some white.
And I notice that there is also a sound frequency within this being.
A tone.
A specific frequency we call Universal You.
I don't have to know what it is.
I just say Universal You.
And I focus on this silver ball of light.
This is all information.
This is all about taking charge again.
This is all about regaining clarity and control over my body and over my mind.
Take a deep breath in.
And as I exhale,
I focus even more on this ball of light.
And I begin to bring it through.
I bring it through my third eye or through the top of my head.
Whatever comes spontaneously.
And I now visualize every cell in my head,
In my skull,
In my brain.
Filling with this very,
Very powerful light.
And this light is starting to reconfigure,
Reprogram my cells as they are absorbing this light.
This frequency.
Universal You.
Pure silver and white light.
I feel it.
I sense it.
My cells start to change rotation.
As if they start to get woken up.
Activated.
My cells open up and they start to absorb this light.
Deeper and deeper and deeper.
Every cell in my brain is now absorbing this very,
Very powerful light.
I keep my focus on my intent.
I am reconfiguring my entire physical being.
To the new frequency of absolute control and freedom.
Control over my reality.
Control over my own destiny.
Freedom.
It is my birthright to be really,
Really free.
And so I keep saying,
I want to be free.
I want to be free.
I want to be in charge of my own destiny.
I am free.
I am in charge of my own destiny.
And so it is.
Take a deep breath in.
And as I exhale,
I continue to absorb this light.
And I imagine,
I visualize,
I intend.
Whatever works for me.
That every cell in my brain is absorbing this light.
And it goes through the back of my throat.
Every cell in my throat is absorbing this very powerful light vibration.
It fills my throat.
It fills my neck.
My skull.
My sinuses.
This energy fills my eyes.
My nose.
My mouth.
My teeth.
My gums.
My nose.
My cheekbones.
My jaw.
And I bring it down through my throat.
Very slowly.
And as my neck and throat are absorbing this new frequency.
And my cells are reconfiguring,
Reconfiguring.
I stay in my throat for a moment.
This place is symbolic for my voice.
For my expression.
Saying what I think.
Being who I really am.
And so I stay in my throat for a moment.
Focusing on this light.
Focusing on every cell in my throat.
And focusing on my intent.
As I say.
I want to express my true self.
My truth.
And being who I really am.
Take a deep breath in.
And as I exhale.
I bring this light through.
A little bit lower.
Through my shoulders.
Through my arms.
Through my spine.
Every vertebrae is absorbing this vibration.
One at a time.
And from the brain where it connects to the spinal cord.
I visualize now.
Every vertebrae absorbing this light.
Becoming stronger.
More focused.
More powerful.
More empowered.
I bring it down.
My entire neck has absorbed this light on a deeper,
Deeper level.
And I bring it down through my spine more and more.
It fills up my upper back.
My chest.
My ribcage.
My lungs and my heart.
Every cell is filling up with this powerful,
Empowering energy.
And as I visualize that this happens,
I say again from my heart.
I am here to be in charge of my own decision making.
I am here to be in charge of my own destiny.
And I now choose mastery over my physical body and my human mind.
I choose to be free.
I choose to be who I really am.
And there are no limitations to my being or my consciousness.
No limitations.
None.
And I now remember.
This is who I really am.
I am this divine being in human form.
I am.
I am so powerful.
I am limitless.
I am loved.
I am guided.
I am supported.
And I get to create my reality the way I choose it.
And I now choose to create my reality.
Only with unconditional love.
As of now.
As of today.
And so it is.
Take a deep breath in.
And as I exhale,
I bring this light into my heart.
This silver and white light further down.
Through my hips,
My thighs,
My knees.
Through my lower legs,
My ankles and my feet.
And I let it come out through the bottom of my feet,
Anchoring me down into this earth.
And from this place I state one more time,
From my heart and from my entire being,
My intent.
As I say.
As of now,
I am creating my reality out of expansion.
Inspiration.
Safety.
Trust.
Surrender.
And unconditional love.
Unconditional love for the being that I am.
For this earth.
For my human experience.
And for my own creative ability.
And for my own space in the image of my creator.
I now choose to fully use them in honor of the creation of my own being.
And so it is.
