Welcome to the forest my friends.
Welcome to this guided meditation where I'd like to invite you to attune to this energy that I call self.
And this energy isn't something you need to get to know as much as it's something that you already have access to and have always known in some shape or form.
Whether it's out in nature as you connect with the elements and connect with the spirits of the natural world,
Or maybe it's when you feel connected to something greater than you,
Or some creative force fills your body.
So just inviting you to just notice if there are any parts present.
And it's not about bringing the attention to the parts,
Not in this moment.
I would like you to request that the parts,
Because when our protector parts step back,
We are able to gain access to more self-energy.
And that's what we're attuning to right now.
So just noticing if a part is present,
Asking them to step back,
Kindly inviting them into a beautiful safe space of your choosing.
It could be a favorite forest spot,
Or maybe a memory where you felt where you'd like to return to.
It could be a safe space for you when you were a child,
Be a waterfall,
Maybe just a place where all your friends like to go and meet.
Any parts that come up,
Just noticing them,
And then inviting them to that safe space.
One by one,
Noticing that as each part enters into the safe space,
This presence,
This life force.
What does it feel like to attune to this energy?
Like you're connected to something other than you?
You feel more connected to yourself than you've been for a long time.
Your inner healer,
Sometimes known as Buddha being or spirit.
You can bring this compassionate,
Loving with you anywhere.
You have courage,
My friend.
Embrace that courage.
Show up the way that your inner and still needs.
You have everything you need within you.
