I am DJ Beachball and this is a guided breathwork session for anxiety relief.
The breath goes like this.
Breathe fully in through the nose.

Exhale 2,

Breathe deeply into your stomach,
Then your chest,
Then exhale.
We will start each round off slow with 4 beats per breath,
Then we will speed it up 2 beats per breath.
Think of each inhale as giving yourself some compassion,
Patience,
And grace.
See each exhale as a release of negativity and anxiety.
And the biggest gift you can give yourself during this session is to give your focus to your breath and your body.
If you find yourself thinking,
Return your attention to the breath.
And I promise you by the end of this session,
You will feel relief from anxiety.
After each round,
We will have a breath retention or a breath hold,
Starting at 1 minute in the first round and 2 minutes in the final round.
