You can sit or lie down.

Wherever you are,

Allow yourself to settle gently into this moment.

You can simply close your beautiful eyes or just stare at the point.

Take a slow,

Deep breath in and a soft,

Easy breath out.

Imagine a soft light surrendering you.

Like the early morning sun touching the petals of a wild flower.

As you breathe in,

Feel the warmth and life of this light filling your heart.

As you breathe out,

Imagine all tension melting away,

Like a dew evaporating under the gentle sun.

In this moment,

You are like a flower,

Simply being,

Simply present,

With no need to rush,

No need to strive.

Nature teaches us the greatest wisdom to just be.

Let's get a little bit deeper.

Put your right hand on your chest and put your left hand on your belly.

Touch your breath.

Feel the rising and falling of your chest or stomach.

To just be.

Like nature.

No flower forces itself to bloom.
