There you are.
You made it.
You said no.
You chose yourself.
And you showed up.
For that,
You can already be proud of yourself.
And acknowledge this positive impulse.
It takes courage to seek support.
Before starting this meditation,
I would like to invite you to find a comfortable position.
Seating,
Laying or standing.
Whatever feels best right now.
And now,
Let's start with one long,
Deep breath.
Inhale through your nose.
Hold.
And exhale through your mouth.
Let's do it one more time.
Try and fill in your lungs slowly and deeply.
Hold.
And exhale through your mouth.
One last time.
Fill your lungs as much as you can.
One more time.
Hold.
And exhale through your mouth.
Now gently bring your attention to your body.
Notice if you feel any tension.
And try and release it bit by bit.
Maybe around your face.
Your jaw.
Your tongue.
Your neck.
Your shoulders.
Your wrists.
Your fingers.
Any part of your body that you feel could use a release.
A beautiful,
Loving release.
Loving because you are lovable.
A truly lovable person.
Doing their best even in this challenging moment.
You are not alone.
You are not alone.
This feeling will pass.
It is passing.
And it will be okay.
You showed up for yourself today.
Before ending this meditation,
I invite you to repeat a couple of affirmations after me.
And just observe what happens.
How they resonate within you.
I am lovable.
I am lovable.
I am lovable.
I am doing my best.
I am doing my best.
I am resilient.
I am resilient.
I am grateful for showing up today.
I am grateful for showing up today.
I am strong.
I am strong.
I am calm.
I can do this.
I can do this.
I've got this.
I've got this.
Now take one last deep breath in.
Hold.
And exhale.
Releasing anything else you don't need.
I wish you a beautiful way back to your day.
And remember,
You are a lovable person and you are not alone.
This is a community.
So if there is something that helps in moments like these,
Or some theme you would like to explore further together,
Please share it with us.
Thank you for listening today.
I am Tefane from Happy Phonese and I hope to read you and see you again soon.
