Welcome, you lovable being. Today, I’d love for us to return to one simple thing: being right where you are. Nothing to chase. Just you. Just this moment. So today, I propose you to just simply… be. Let's go?

There you are,

Welcome,

You lovable being.

Today I would like to take the time to focus on the one thing that truly matters,

Being.

So today we are just going to be.

Take a moment to straighten and relax your spine,

Gently close your eyes,

And let's take one long inhale through the nose,

Hold,

And exhale it all through the mouth.

Now let's try and focus on the moment.

What are you experiencing right now?

Maybe you're tired.

Maybe you're calm.

Maybe you're agitated.

Maybe you're hot or cold.

Maybe you're challenging your posture.

What do your senses tell you?

Do you feel air on your skin?

Maybe wind?

Do you hear sounds around you?

Birds singing?

Wind in the trees?

People chatting?

Or maybe it's a smell,

Or a presence,

Whatever it is.

Just let it be there.

Allow yourself to feel the sensation and be with what is.

What matters is to be connected to this very moment.

To what is.

To now.

If you notice a thought popping up,

Acknowledge it gently and return to the moment.

To your breath,

To the floor beneath you,

Your belly rising,

The sounds of this instant.

Whatever it is that comes to mind,

A thought,

An idea,

A connection,

A judgment,

A memory,

Just notice it and come back to your sensation.

What are you feeling right now?

Is it your hair?

Your cheek?

Your toes?

Your chest?

Your knees?

Your fingers?

Be with this moment.

If a sound enters your awareness,

Notice it and be with it.

Did you notice that what you were experiencing at the beginning of this meditation is already not anymore?

What do you feel now?

If there is tiredness,

Allow yourself to be tired.

If there is calm,

Be calm.

If there is peace,

Embrace the peacefulness.

If there is agitation,

Let yourself be agitated.

So be it.

That's what it is.

There is no goal.

There is just the moment.

This very moment.

Be with what is.

That's what being is.

Let yourself be.

Before ending this meditation,

Take one last deep breath in and exhale it all through the mouth.

I wish you a beautiful way back to your day.

And remember,

There is only one moment to leave,

And it's the one you're in right now.

This is a community.

So if there is something that helps in moments like these,

Or a theme you'd like to explore further together,

Please share it with us.

Thank you for listening today.

I am Tophaine from Happy Phonese,

And I hope to read you and see you again soon.

Tiphaine, thanks for this perspective. It is so easy to get caught up in what ifs, the past, and the future. All of that is out of our control though. Blessings to you 🙏🏻
