Namaste,
Hello,
Welcome to a meditation to align with your higher self.
So today I invite you to take a comfortable seat,
Either laying down,
Sitting up straight,
Whatever is most comfortable for you.
And this practice will be around 10 minutes.
Now that you're seated,
I want you to take a conscious breath,
Feeling the lungs,
Feeling the belly rise,
Exhaling through the mouth any doubts,
Any worries that you have about your future.
We'll do that twice more,
Breathing in,
Sighing it all out.
One final time and sighing it all out.
Now allow the breath to return to whatever is most comfortable for you.
It might be deep,
Long breaths,
Or breaths into the heart space.
The choice is yours.
I want you to start thinking of if there were no issues in life,
If there was nothing that would stop you,
If someone came down and granted all of your wishes,
Where would you be in six months time?
What would your daily routine be looking like?
How would you start the day?
What would you make time for that you don't currently?
What is your energy feel like?
Now I want you to take a moment and look at your daily routine.
How do you start the day?
What does your energy feel like right now?
Maybe you're a little stressed,
Maybe you're not as calm as you would like to be.
However you feel is okay.
I want you to think of any non-negotiables you'd have as your higher self.
How can you start to implement the routine of your higher self into your daily life now?
Maybe it's starting the day,
The moment of calmness,
Maybe it's eating healthier,
Maybe it's living somewhere that you love.
How can you change your current life with minuscule changes,
To make it closer to the life that you love?
How can you align your current energy with that of your future?
Knowing and trusting that you can't become your best self overnight,
But you can with time,
And you are so worthy of it.
You are so capable of it.
I want you to commit to yourself that you will stop getting in your own way,
That you will put yourself out to possibly fail,
That you'll be able to sit in the fear,
The anxiety of the unknown,
And able to receive abundance,
Happiness and joy,
Instead of staying in the safety that you know.
It begins to be your new self,
To be your higher self,
To call in the energy that you so dearly want.
You need to allow the current self to die.
You need to release the attachments to what you know to be safe.
You need to grieve,
You need to stop holding on by trusting in something higher than yourself.
Maybe it's a god,
The universe,
Or your future self,
Whatever you want to call it.
Knowing they are always there to protect you.
Knowing that there's nothing you can do that makes you unworthy or unlovable.
Knowing deep within you that what you want is already on its way.
This will allow the grieving,
The letting go,
So much easier.
You are so worthy.
You're so worthy of the dream,
Of the happiness,
Of the abundance,
Of the relationships,
The friendships,
Career,
Everything you think of,
Everything you want.
Everything you think of,
You are worthy of,
And you have already come so far,
And you will go to exceptional heights in this life.
You just need to allow.
Allow what wants to come to you to come to you.
Allow what is no longer aligned with yourself to release.
Allow the universe's plan to unfold,
Because it is much greater than anything you could imagine.
Now I want you to take one deep breath in,
Filling your lungs with this magic,
With this truth that you are worthy,
That you are divine,
And release anything that doesn't serve you anymore.
One final time,
Breathing in all of the hope,
All of the trust,
And exhaling any doubt and any fears.
I invite you to start wiggling the fingers and the toes,
Coming out of this meditation already as your higher self,
Knowing how to start,
Knowing which routines you want to implement,
And trusting completely that it is all coming to you in divine timing.
I invite you to open your eyes,
And chant one closing OM with me.
