The Yin and Yang of Love The way to truly heal is from the heart.
It is love.
The love you dare not face and speak of in your heart.
Why?
Because you fear the pain that awaits you there and you believe it is too much for you to bear.
I am here to tell you that is just an illusion.
Love is waiting for you to meet the pain.
The only way out is through.
When you meet the pain,
The suffering ends.
The two are not the same.
You cannot have love without pain.
You cannot have the Yin without the Yang.
You can stop the suffering.
That is not hard-minded.
That is self-induced.
Pain is inevitable.
Suffering is optional.
The pain will ease when you meet it with love because love knows no fear.
Love has no judgment.
Love knows no shame.
The capacity of your heart to love knows no limits and has no boundaries.
We have been conditioned to hide our shame or scold it because it hinders us or it is perceived as bad.
No emotion needs to be shunned.
Therein lies the suffering.
Every emotion,
Including the shame,
The guilt,
The blame,
The anger,
The fear has to be felt and dealt with absolute compassion and love because the capacity of our love,
The workings of our heart can manage it all and beyond what we can fathom.
Allowing our glorious mess and divine creative spirit to hold us with love is the greatest gift and honor we can bestow upon ourselves and for our vision moving forward.
The greatest quest of being human is to bravely face the love in our heart no matter what challenge or fear confronts us along the way because love is fearless and boundless.
We don't need to question it or understand how that is because love is not of the rational mind.
Love is of the heart,
A dimension connected to everything through all time and space.
Love is infinite.
Our greatest lesson is the quest back to our heart in order to return home to ourselves.
We've been looking for love to come and save us when all along love has been there the entire time just waiting,
Waiting for us to open our hearts.
When you step into that courage,
The transition begins back to wholeness.
There will be no turning back and you will not want to because the truth has finally set you free.
Beloveds,
It is true.
Love is not for the faint hearted.
It requires courage and commitment to step into the heart connected healing journey to self love.
Therein lies the test of our humanness.
Having the courage to receive the unconditional love of our heart and the healing energy of its divine nature.
Stepping into the love of your hearts to embrace the yin and yang of your being will test you while you live in this body because you will encounter hidden unconscious beliefs along the way as you elevate higher up on your heart connected evolution.
The key lies in facing them and turning your power to love.
This is the way to living your true purpose in life because your light can only be entered through embracing your own shadow.
Not suppressing it.
Love is truth.
Truth does not need to be questioned.
For it is the language of the heart.
Love is real.
Fear is not.
Love is the greatest power that exists.
Fear has no power over love.
It dissolves in tears all the while showing you that all it ever wanted was to be held in love.
When you do,
Your heart will be free and open to love deeper.
Your life is yours to claim and you will live fearlessly.
