So the first of many some of you guys for the first time I'm going to be feeling this this deep mindset shift for the first time you guys are going to be having some of you are going to be having confidence like you've never had for the first time you're going to be feeling this love the security this protection that you haven't felt for real in a long time like or for real ever this is the first time for some of you some of you are going to be returning to yourself for that confidence some of you are going to be returning to yourself for the things that you need to let go of that represents the old you,
The old mindset,
The old way you used to do things and returning so that you can realize who you are in the present,
Out of survival mode,
Out of the healing journey,
Out of just continuing to go in these repetitive cycles that you feel like are working against you.
Because In the future,
We're going to be talking about repetitive cycles and how to use repetitive cycles to work for you,
Not just against you.
That's for another day.
So guys,
I've been feeling this fire burning within me.

And now that you know that you're going to have that support,
You can stop being afraid.
Now that you know you're going to have that support,
You can stop staying stagnant.
Now that you know you have the support,
You can start taking action whatever it is.

Some of the things you don't resonate with anymore.

Some of you guys have been going through that death and that void and then that rebirth experience that I talked about earlier this year.
Some of you are there and it's okay.

The newness is here.
Your new wardrobe is here.
Your new finances is here.
Your new mindset is here.
That's the key.
First is the mindset.
So we're going to be breaking this down even more so.

We're going to be breaking this down but I want to talk to you guys just really quickly about Releasing those things and it's so important to do that.
So we talked about a lot of things in the live today I don't remember everything but we one of the main things I want to talk about before I just you know Be done with this video.

But anyway,
We talked about our bodies and we talk about accepting our bodies.
There's so many of us,
Especially women that we,
Especially after having babies,
Come on mamas or my mothers.
Where's my mother's?
My mom's out there.
I know a lot of us,
Even after we have children,
We feel like we never really get that body back.
And it's not meant for you to get that body back.
It's meant for you to cultivate and to embody the new self,
Right?
The new self.
Why are we always trying to go back to something?
Why can't we just embrace where we are and love on ourselves right where we are?
I talked to you guys about the story of me going from not loving myself or from me just not accepting my body from me having to look at myself in the mirror with no clothes on.
Having to dance in the mirror with no clothes on,
Having to dance around my home,
Having to start to accept my body in ways that I didn't.
But first I had to accept where I was not compared to who I was,
Not compared to who I've been.
That's what I'm saying.
Not compared to who I've been not comparing my current body to my old body because I'm not that person anymore things have shifted things have changed and when things shift and when things change go with it don't go against it don't keep trying to fit old things oh what is that saying that they say fit old things and new something is it about wine glasses or old old wine and new glasses something I don't know y'all tell me in the comments But that's what it is right now.
So we talked about our body and just being accepting,
Just accepting who we are right now.
Because when I started accepting my body,
I started losing the weight without ever going to the gym,
Without lifting up any weight.
I just started losing the weight.
I started accepting myself.
I stopped waiting to put on new clothing until I lost the weight.
I stopped waiting for that.
What I'm saying is.

There was a point in my life where I said I'm not buying anything new for my any new clothes until I lose the way I want because as soon as I lose the weight I'm just just gonna I just want all workout clothes and then I realized that wasn't making me happy I was wearing my sweats around the house I was doing it wasn't making me happy at all I was like now I'm doing all this shifting all this healing all this stuff and I feel like a goddess within I feel like a queen I feel like an empress I feel so amazing and so but I mean I mean what I'm wearing just doesn't match my new Identity.
I was trying to wait for the money to be able to get the clothes I really desired.
I was trying to wait for me to lose the weight to be able to put on certain clothes that I really wanted to put on.
But guess what I had to do?
I had to let all that go.
I had to let go of the things I couldn't control and start focusing on the things that I could control.
And when I start focusing on that,
I can control going to buy myself some clothes.
So even if I didn't go to that boutique or that more expensive store that I really wanted to go to,
I went to the store that I could and I got like three or four bags of clothes and I changed my whole wardrobe.
And even if it fit a certain way,
Even if my belly was still sticking out a certain way,
Even if it looks a certain way,
I didn't care.
I started embracing myself.
I started loving on myself.
I started walking around the house with dresses on and looking nice all the time,
Around the house and when I left.
I moved the sweats over to the side.
Nothing wrong with sweats.
I still love sweats,
But I'm gonna wear it a different way.
Back then I was trying to learn to embrace my whole body,
Not cover it up.
Embrace yourself.
Don't cover it up because you've got a fire burning on the inside of you and some of you are just trying to just cover it up because it's uncomfortable.
You feel something within your soul that's screaming at you,
That's saying,
Look.
It's time to move.
It's time to change our mindset.
It's time to know who you are.
Identity is time to have more confidence than you've ever had.
It's time to stop worrying about.
Other people's thoughts,
Other people's ideas,
Other people's and it's all about you.
Your confidence,
What you think about yourself,
What you think about what you're doing.
What is it?
What is that fire burning inside of you right now?
