You find yourself deep within an ancient forest,
You feel the vibrance of life all around you in this safe haven,
Hidden away in the spiritual realm.
The giant trees in this ancient wood tower high above you,
Casting a comforting canopy of leaves overhead that sway gently in the breeze.
Place your hands on your chest and silently offer heartfelt or take a moment to ask mother earth to aid you on your spiritual journey,
Ready for your next steps of spiritual.
Playful fox spirit appears before you as they tilt their head from side to side to look at you with innocent curiosity.
A spark of recognition forms between you.
The playful fox spirit invites you to affectionately scratch behind their soft ears and run your hands over its beautiful red fur.
The fox spirit gives you a knowing look and encourages you to follow it.
Deep into the ancient forest,
You glide together effortlessly through the deep woods of the forest,
Arriving at the heart of the ancient forest.
Playful little fox spirit now sits at the entrance to the crystal cave,
Thanking your companion for their help and guidance.
You bid each other farewell before your little fox guide turns off into the ancient woods once more.
As you gaze into the entrance of the dark cave,
You look and see only darkness within.
Despite the darkness,
You feel something safe and familiar and trust your intuition.
You feel ready to explore,
Ready to take a leap of faith.
Stepping off the edge,
You take a giant leap into,
As light as a feather,
You softly float down into the depth of the earth.
As you float down,
You begin to see light sparkling and glistening below you,
Getting clearer and brighter as you float down towards them.
Floating all the way down,
You gently land at the bottom of the cave.
You find yourself surrounded by sparkling crystals,
All shapes and sizes.
You take in the surreal beauty of this magical place deep within the earth.
You can almost hear the giant crystals chiming and resonating in harmony with each other.
Light dances all across the cave walls and thousands of shimmering rainbows.
You feel a deep connection to the earth and to our ancient power that you are here for a purpose.
Allow yourself to sink into the moment,
Feeling your body and becoming calm.
Feeling yourself standing in the center of the cave,
Surrounded by the healing energy of the crystals.
Allow this energy to flow into your body,
Filling you with comforting light.
Visualize the light spreading throughout your body,
Cleansing and restoring your energy.
See it reaching each cell and organ,
Bringing balance and harmony to your entire being.
Feeling the tension in your muscles melting away as the light dances within you.
Now seeing the light becoming brighter and brighter until it transforms into vibrant rainbow.
Feeling the rainbow flowing through your entire being,
Awakening your spirit.
As you bask in this rainbow light,
You begin to hear the whispers of wisdom from the crystal walls.
The wisdom they pass on is from deep within the earth.
They tell you the story of Mother Earth's evolutionary journey.
You see images of the earth's past,
