Welcome to your meditation practice.
Coming to close your eyes.
Close your outer eyes and open up your inner eyes.
Notice what is inside right now.
As you breathe in and out,
We see so much more with our eyes closed.
Do you notice that?
We see so much more with our eyes closed.
It's a beautiful irony.
So as you breathe,
What do you see?
What exists in your emotional body?
What's underneath the layers,
The mask?
What's there?
Going right to the root.
What's there?
And what's there might not feel great.
It might not look pretty.
Let it be.
Where does this part that you're noticing live in your body?
Bring your hands there now.
What does this part within your body need you to know?
Listen.
And what must you tell this part of your body?
What words does this part of you need to hear right now?
Say it.
Breathing deeply as you connect to this part of your body,
Of your subconscious,
Of your root,
Of what's really there.
The whole purpose of our practice is to reconnect to our truth.
Reconnect to our root.
The whole point of your practice is to reconnect,
Remember,
Relearn who you are and why you are here.
And sometimes what you find isn't pretty and it's hard,
But you must move through it,
Be present with it,
Listen to it,
And acknowledge it so that you can surpass it,
So that you can thrive.
That part of you that you ignore and that you remember when you come here into your practice is teaching you more than anything else in your life ever will.
So don't neglect it,
Don't forget it,
Remember it,
Reconnect to it,
Revisit it,
Revisit your inner body,
Your inner world,
Your inner eyes.
See with your inner eyes.
In your underworld,
What is going on,
The outer world does not matter.
What matters first is the inner world,
The underworld.
As you breathe,
Remember this,
You must see with your inner eyes before you can see with your outer eyes.
Taking a deep inhale and a deep clearing exhale,
Exhale,
Exhale,
Blinking the eyes open or staying as you are in this moment.
Thank you for practicing for yourself because you're doing it for the world too.
Until next time.
