Welcome to a new day.
Welcome to a new sunrise.
I urge you to remember that you are beautiful.
Your body is beautiful.
Your body is brilliant.
Your body knows exactly what you need.
And if you listen,
If you get curious,
It will whisper the answers to you.
Your body is brilliant.
It is the conduit of our life here on earth,
But also the realm of spirit.
Your body is a place where all of these meet,
And I encourage you to spend some time with it this morning.
Your body is brilliant.
It has five amazing senses,
Seeing,
Hearing,
Smelling,
Tasting,
And feeling.
And it has two more senses that allow you to experience these five senses even deeper.
And those are memory and imagination.
Your brilliant body makes this possible.
Your body allows you to see depth,
Layer,
Landscapes.
Your brilliant body allows you to hear vibration,
Music,
Laughter,
Even tears.
Your brilliant body allows you to smell the aromas around you.
Your body is so brilliant that when you think of a memory,
Your body allows you to experience the aromas of that memory.
Your body is so brilliant,
It allows you to taste,
To quench your thirst.
It allows you to live in a moment with your taste buds alive.
Your body is so brilliant,
It allows you to feel not only the cold and the warmth and the stretch,
But it allows you to feel your heartbeat.
It allows you to feel happiness and sadness,
To feel frustration,
And to feel freedom.
Your body is brilliant.
If only for today,
Allow your body to express itself to you.
Follow and allow.
Your body is amazing.
It is a conduit of brilliance.
It is the most beautiful design.
And even if one or two of those senses are not perfect,
Our bodies are so brilliant they make up for it in the other senses.
Your body has stored memories.
Your body imagines brighter and more beautiful.
Each moment you allow it to,
Your body is brilliant.
Take a moment to close your eyes and remember a time when you felt joy.
It might have been when you were 4,
Or 5,
Or 25,
Or 56,
Or 78,
It doesn't matter.
Even a fleeting moment of joy will suffice.
Use that sense of memory in that moment of joy.
And let me ask you,
What do you see?
What do you hear?
What do you smell?
What do you feel?
And what do you taste?
And use your imagination to bring all of that memory right here into the present,
Into your beautiful and brilliant body.
We are miracles.
We are brilliant.
Have a beautiful day.
And don't forget to drop in and allow your body to guide you into its own brilliance.
