Welcome to day six of our journey to the summer solstice.
We're now more than halfway through our 10-day journey and hopefully by now you are starting to really feel rested and you are bringing more of a sense of awareness to your body,
To your energy levels,
To your own voice and thoughts and to your whole energetic ecosystem.
And this is all of the different parts that make up us.
So our spiritual lives,
Our emotional lives,
Our physical lives,
Our mental lives and all of the different places and spaces we occupy and spend time in each day and night.
Our dreamscapes,
Our inner world and our outer world.
All of these things make up our energetic ecosystem.
All of these things both give us energy and take energy from us.
And part of our recalibration as we move towards the summer solstice is to regain a sense of balance and harmony and ensure that we are taking the time to rest and acknowledge that we are intricate beings.
This is a really powerful process.
It requires us to be quiet,
To really focus on this inner work in a way that allows us to do all of this sifting and sorting.
And so today I invite you to continue this process of allowing this sifting and sorting to help us process the year,
To release what we no longer need and to have new space to receive light and nourishment and clarity.
So as you arrive in your meditation,
Find a quiet comfortable spot and take this time to arrive.
Take the time to start breathing more deeply,
Filling that breath,
Doing its work of nourishing you and helping to detoxify your physical body.
As we move towards the summer solstice we also move to a better understanding of solar energy and the chakras,
The subtle energetic system in our body that is connected to our sense of health and creative well-being.
The position of the solar plexus chakra is just around four finger breaths above the navel.
It's connected to self-esteem,
To confidence and how powerful and in control with our lives we feel.
And of course the best way to start harnessing this sense of being in control is to really be present with our lives and use these times of meditation and reflection to consider what is meaningful for us in our lives and how we work to integrate those things into our sense of meaning and purpose.
Today we are going to explore affirmations that are connected to the solar plexus chakra and then help us move into a sense of confidence.
You may like to repeat these after me or simply reflect on how they make you feel.
You may like to use them throughout the day and repeat them as many times as you like to start to feel affirmed in these spaces.
I feel calm,
Confident and powerful.
I confidently welcome new experiences.
I'm worthy of respect for myself and from other people.
I love the person I am,
Both inside and out.
I am worthy of success.
I believe in myself.
I'm doing a great job.
I believe in my abilities.
I can face every challenge.
I feel myself being drawn to my highest purpose.
I feel ready to face challenges.
I'm ambitious and capable.
I wholeheartedly believe in myself.
I'm pure positive energy.
I can accomplish incredible things.
I embrace my journey because it's uniquely designed for me.
I'm perfect just the way I am.
Everything is possible for me.
I have everything I need to create my own opportunities.
I believe in myself.
I am succeeding in life.
I deserve to be proud of myself.
I owe my power and recognize the strength inside of me.
I'm full of joy and happiness.
I respect myself and others appreciate me.
I hold the key to my own happiness.
I hope you've enjoyed hearing these affirmations and that you take the chance to speak them out loud.
There's something incredible,
Something incredibly powerful about speaking out these positive things.
So I really invite you to take the chance and the opportunity to let yourself vocalize these things.
Affirmations are powerful if we think them,
But they're incredibly powerful if we let them resonate through our entire energetic ecosystem.
And we can do that when we speak them out.
So today I invite you to find a place and a space where you can do this confidently.
No one else has to hear.
No one else has to see.
But if you can talk it out,
Then really do it and experience and experiment and really take the time to feel how powerful it is to talk out affirmations.
And I hope you enjoy that process.
So now take a few more breaths as we finish our meditation for today.
Take a few more breaths and prepare to return to your day.
