Peace is not something you have to chase. It is already here, underneath the noise of the day, waiting quietly for you to grow still. This is eight slow minutes of coming home to that calm. You settle into the body, follow the breath, and let the reaching soften, until a natural stillness rises on its own. There is no technique to learn and no goal to reach. Only the simple return to a peace that was here the whole time. Use this whenever the day feels loud. Between tasks, before sleep, after something hard, or any time you want to come back to center.
