I am Reverend Kareem and I'm so excited that you are with me today.

You are gonna want to favorite this track and put it in a playlist right away because my good friend Nina is with me and she's gonna chant three mantras that are some of my favorites and her voice with these three and they are all connected so it's just amazing.

So before we start the chant here and it's exclusively here on Inside Time where might I add I just want to thank all my teachers,

All the angels and that's why I choose to end this before Nina is gonna chant for us.

I'm gonna end it with a opening chant from Kundalini Yoga where we bow to the lineage of teachers.
