Hi and welcome.

I am Reverend Karima and this is a peace practice.

You can do this with eyes open.

You don't need to sit in a special position.

You don't need to be thinking anything special.

This word or wasifa which is a mantra in Arabic basically means refuge and it's very very strong and many Sufis like me use it to be a mouthpiece and a harbor for people who are suffering.

So aman again it means refuge and you can either chant it 11 times or 33 times or even more if you like.

The common practice and how to do it is that you either just chant it 11 times eyes open like this.

Aman,

Aman,

Aman,

Aman,

Aman,

Aman,

Aman,

Aman,

Aman,

Aman or you can choose to also go one step further and then after the 11th aman you can continue on your breath.

So just as you breathe come into contact with the wasifa.

Aman.

That's how you can do it and then you can rest in the fact that you have done something for the world today.

So I'm Reverend Karima.

I hope you have a wonderful day.

Thankful listening and God bless.
