Welcome to this guided visualization meditation aimed to take you on a journey into a Reiki infused crystal cave to cleanse and restore balance in all of your chakras.
Begin by gently closing your eyes.
Take a slow,
Deep breath in through your nose and exhale gently through your mouth.
Allow your breath to be slow,
Your shoulders to draw.
Inhale,
Draw in purity and exhale what no longer serves you.
Inhale and exhale.
Let your entire body begin to settle into stillness.
This is your time to reset,
To heal,
To reconnect with your energy.
I would like to invite you to imagine yourself walking on a winding path towards an entrance of a cave that is hidden in a majestic mountain.
The world behind you is fading and all that matters is this peaceful space before you.
Standing at the entrance,
You feel invited to step in.
You make your way in carefully,
Trying to see what's in front of you.
Suddenly,
You notice a soft glow.
You walk in and see that you are surrounded by shimmering light from ancient stones.
The air is still,
Cool and humming with a deep calming energy.
As you walk even further,
You begin to notice crystals embedded in the walls and ceiling around you.
They are shimmering,
Sparkling,
Radiant,
Iridescent,
Each one pulsating gently with the light and infused with the power of Reiki.
This is the crystal cave of cleansing,
A sacred place for healing,
For recalibration,
For awakening.
In this moment,
Give Reiki your permission to assist in restoring your chakra.
You may silently say to yourself,
I give Reiki permission to assist in restoring my chakra.
You walk slowly forward and ahead,
You see a small crystal platform waiting for you.
You can sit or lie down upon it,
Whichever feels right for you.
As you rest,
The cave begins to shift around you and the crystals begin to glow brighter.
The first wave of color rises from beneath you.
A crimson red light floods the cave,
Rich,
Grounding,
Warm.
It connects and anchors you deep into the earth,
To your body,
To the present moment.
The red crystal pulse gently,
Cleansing away fear,
Insecurity,
And survival tensions.
Feel your root chakra rooted and held.
Breathe in strength,
Breathe out anything that is not serving you.
Breathe in and out as it reinforces balance in your root chakra.
Now the red fades into a soft amber orange glow.
The crystals change with it,
Humming with creative and emotional energy.
This light washes over your lower belly,
Dissolving old shame,
Unlocking pleasure,
Creativity,
And flow.
In this moment,
You are open to joy,
You are free to fail.
Breathe in pleasure,
Breathe out self-judgment.
Breathe in freedom,
Release and breathe out doubt.
The cave now fills with a vibrant golden yellow light.
The crystals around you sparkle like miniature suns.
This light centers at your stomach,
The solar plexus,
Activating your personal power,
Courage,
And confidence.
Any lingering doubt or control gently melts away.
You are enough.
You are capable.
Breathe in strength,
Breathe out resistance.
Breathe in self-love and breathe out what no longer serves you.
The light softens into a peaceful emerald green.
The crystal hum with love,
Compassion,
Healing.
This green light flows gently through your chest,
Opening your heart chakra to give and receive love freely.
Feel old wounds dissolve,
Barriers gently fall away.
You are love.
Breathe in compassion,
Breathe out grief.
Breathe in love,
Breathe out forgiveness.
The energy shifts into a calm sky blue.
The crystals sing softly now like a whisper of truth.
The blue light gathers at your throat,
Unlocking your voice,
Your truth,
Your self-expression.
You are free to speak,
Free to be heard,
Free to be silent.
Breathe in clarity,
Breathe out fear of judgment.
Breathe in authenticity,
Breathe out impulsiveness.
The cave is now bathed in an indigo light,
Mysterious,
Quiet,
Intuitive.
The crystals shine with inner wisdom,
Focusing at the space between your brow,
Your third eye.
Your inner vision clears.

With understanding.
You are guided.

Breathe in vision,
Breathe out confusion.
Breathe in trusting intuition,
Breathe out lack of focus.
The cave now glows with a pure violet light.
It begins to mix with the brilliant white,
A clear celestial energy.
The Reiki-infused crystals here shimmer almost invisibly,
Filling the cave with sacred silence.
The light hovers just above your head in your crown chakra,
Connecting you to the universe,
To your higher self,
To divine intelligence.
You are one with all.
You are infinite.
Breathe in light,
Breathe out separation.
Now all the colors of the crystals swirl gently around you.
Watch them as they merge into a soft,
White,
Bold light that wraps around your entire being.
Watch your being glow.
Every chakra blends.
Every layer of energy balance.
Your body,
