This short morning meditation is for you if you have woken up feeling the weight of the world on your shoulders. If you're feeling sad, depressed, heavy, or despondent, this short pick-me-up will help you restore a sense of okay-ness with where you are. It will help you remove any judgment about the way you feel and give you permission to carry on regardless, because you are doing the best you can.

Good morning beautiful soul.

This short little meditation is for you if you have woken up feeling less than,

Feeling sad,

Maybe feeling full of grief or despondency.

For all of these moments where you feel less than enough,

For all of these mornings where you wake up feeling sad,

May you also remember that it is okay to be in that feeling.

It's okay to feel the weight of everything that's happening around you.

In fact it's completely normal to feel it all.

It's okay to be in those feelings so that they can play out naturally and healthily.

But may you also remember that these feelings will pass as all feelings do.

You won't feel like this forever even if that alone feels impossible.

It will pass.

You will start to feel something new again.

You will start to feel change creeping in.

And on the other side of all of the weight of what you are feeling right now is the opportunity to start again when you are ready.

And so in this moment,

As you connect to what you're feeling,

You connect to your body and connect to your breath,

May you find a little glimmer of hope inside your heart.

May you find that little breath of faith.

And may you find one small thing that you are grateful for that can light up your entire heart space and give you the fuel that you need to get through this day.

Knowing and trusting that you will feel something different again.

You will feel whole again.

And you will feel your body bursting with love and compassion again.

And maybe it won't be now.

Maybe it won't even be tomorrow.

But that time will come.

And for now,

Just giving yourself a gentle hug.

Telling yourself that you love you.

And giving yourself the compassion and grace to be where you are right now without any judgment.

You're doing the best that you can.

And your best is enough.
