Letting Go Of Attachments: A Blessing From The Serpent Bird

Welcome.

This is a blessing from the serpent bird.

On this shamanic journey,

We confront all of that which is no longer serving you.

The ferocity of the serpent bird clears all that you wish to surrender at her altar for transmutation.

This is done in alignment with the highest good for all beings everywhere.

So taking a deep breath now.

And we're just going to blow this breath out.

Taking another deep breath and drawing your attention into your body.

Following the gentle currents of your breath.

Now I want you to switch into the mode of the observer.

Notice if you are taking deep broad inhales or shallow fast inhales.

Noticing just the quality of your breath can give you so much wisdom,

So much information.

We're just going to watch our breath for just a few moments here.

And bringing your attention back to the breath if it's drifted.

And just surrender.

Allow yourself to let go completely into this journey as the serpent bird moves in to sing her song.
