Welcome,
My name is Katie and I'm going to be taking you through this powerful meditation today.
So let's go ahead and get started by adjusting our body and getting comfortable just in whatever position we've chosen to be in today.
And deepening the breath,
Deep rolling inhales and exhales.
Start noticing the breath move in rhythm with the world around you.
Slowing down with every inhale and every exhale.
Let's kick things off with a deep body scan.
Expanding and breathing in more energy with every inhale.
Exhaling,
Letting go of what isn't serving you,
What isn't bringing you light at this time.
Notice your mind slowing down as you place your attention on the crown of your head.
With the attention on the crown of your head you're just going to move down your body slowly.
Scanning your body,
Noticing any sensations.
Relaxing your jaw as if you could just drip down over your bones.
On your neck,
Sinking and getting heavier and heavier.
On your next inhale down to your shoulders,
Dripping,
Sinking,
Getting heavier and heavier.
And with every inhale,
Floating,
Lifting,
Elevating and sinking with every exhale.
And floating,
Lifting with every inhale.
I call upon the crystalline grid of the planet Earth to start to move up your legs now.
Into your knees,
Into your hips and pelvis.
Keep your spine in locking you into position in alignment with the Earth.
And I call upon our angels and higher guides to come be with us and to seal the room.
Casting a grid of light in every corner,
The floor,
Ceiling,
Walls and mirrors.
Everything sealed and protected.
We are going to call down the cosmic spirit light blue and white pillar of light.
Down through the crown of your head and into the center of your body.
Illuminating every vertebrae down your spine and into the Earth and expanding 10 feet in all directions now.
With that beautiful love filled light you're just going to leave your physical body now.
Just let it go.
Let go of sensation.
Let go of thinking and doing.
And find yourself drifting to a beautiful place with every inhale and every exhale going further and further and further away from your physical body now.
To a beautiful peaceful place.
And you let your spiritual feet touch the ground and notice some dewy grass tickling your toes.
Notice darkness all around you.
There is no light,
There are no stars.
And this is the darkness of pure potential reality.
You cannot see anything in any direction.
But you do not feel afraid.
No,
No,
No.
You feel at home.
Everything and nothing.
Dark aubergine purples and blooms.
But no people.
Just your idea of the ground and the grass between your toes and you sensing it.
This darkness.
This potentiality.
Seeing it in all directions.
And you feel reassured by this.
And as you lay there you are met by three orbs of light.
They do not shine so bright that they hurt your eyes.
In fact they don't shine at all.
They are a feeling sensing energy.
Three cosmic beings of love here to heal you and upgrade you in whatever way is most appropriate for the Earth's ascension process.
You see humans are about to do something that has never been done before.
And the whole universe is watching.
So take a deep breath in.
And allow them to do their work on you as you open up to their healing shimmery energy.
As you open up to this healing energy you might feel some natural movement coming to your body.
And I would just like to invite you to allow that movement.
Gently rocking side to side.
And back and forth.
Allow yourself to get lost in this movement as your spine might start to wake up a little bit.
But just a little bit.
As the swirling and twirling just allow the energy to move you.
And wake up the dormant DNA.
As the swirling and twirling starts to deepen into every micro movement that you make.
Your DNA starts to uncoil and unravel and starts to relax and breathe.
Breathe in feelings of worthiness.
As these three orbs start to spin around you and surround you.
And they are wrapping you in the most delicate thin fine fibered golden sheen.
This is going to cover you like a fine gold foil.
And it's going to wrap up your entire body from the tips of your toes up to your calves,
Your knees,
The insides of your legs,
To your hips,
Your root,
To your pelvis,
Your belly button and inside your belly button.
See this golden sheath weave itself up your abdomen,
Over your rib cage,
Around your back,
Across your chest,
Under your armpits,
Your shoulder blades,
Move across the front of your chest,
Over the tops of your shoulders,
The tops of your arms and down the front of your arms,
The backs of your arms,
Covering your hands down into the tips of each of your fingers.
See that golden sheath in each of your fingernails.
See the sheath move across the front of your chest,
Up into your neck,
Into the bottom of your earlobes,
Your jaw,
The back of your head,
Into your cheeks,
Your eyes,
Wrapping around the tops of your ears.
Feel this golden sheath woven into your third eye as it goes up the back of your head where it comes together on all sides of the crown of your head.
In the same direction that it came,
You're going to watch this golden sheath absorb into your body,
Coming back down through your head,
Your neck,
Your shoulders,
Up through your toes,
Your knees,
Your hips.
The golden sheath is going to find itself into the center of your body,
Into the core center of your being.
Now see that golden ball of sheath ignite.
See that light grow from a spark to a flame,
To a roaring fire like a lighthouse beacon shining in all directions.
Breathe and allow.
And as you turn the dial up on the cellular structure of your frequencies,
Know that you will do so without any physical discomfort,
Allowing this activation to restore whatever is most appropriate at this time in the service of love for all beings everywhere.
Start making your way back to your physical body now from wherever you are.
Reel yourself in slowly and gently.
Starting down at your feet,
Wiggle your toes,
Feel yourself become your body again.
Gently and slowly,
You might want to sway back and forth or move your hips around a little bit,
Just allowing the frequencies to settle.
Just take a deep breath here before you open your eyes.
And allow,
Allow,
Allow yourself to come back to this present day,
This present moment,
This present time.
And before you open your eyes,
Take a moment and really thank yourself for giving yourself this moment today.
And thank yourself for taking the time to love yourself because it is only when you love yourself that you can truly love those around you.
So taking the time for you is the most valuable thing you could ever do here on earth.
So hold this light within you so that the people around you may become activated in powerful and subconscious ways.
Cognitive understanding is not required in order for this energetic transaction to take place.
And that it holds you in the most alignment with your truth.
Love light consciousness.
May this light hold you in alignment with your highest good,
Your higher self and the highest vibrations and all that you say,
