Get comfortable in a chair with your feet flat against the floor your back straight But relaxed your arms Relaxed in your lap. I want you to take a deep breath in and just let your body become present We don't need your mind right now. We don't need your eyes. Just relax your body Take a few more deep breaths in Let it all out. Let go of the day the problem the infertility The hopes the dreams the desires Let go of all of that were in this moment. I Want you to focus on your feet and I want you to imagine that there are these beautiful Brown roots sprouting out of your feet and they're going through the floor below you and then maybe through another level of floor and down into the basement through the earth down into the core and it just wraps around the center of the earth burning bright and As you're imagining these roots carrying you down to the center of the earth. I want you to Just imagine That you are mother nature and you are pulling all of that delicious energy up through the earth and into your feet and that Beautiful powerful goddess energy is coming up over your feet up your legs through your knee your thighs It settles into your pelvic bowl swirling Beautifully wonderfully lovingly and then that beautiful energy Continues up your torso Into your back and your shoulders down your arms To your wrists your hands your fingers You feel this vibrating energy Moving through your entire body feel it in your fingertips pulsing Feel it in between your fingertips Throbbing Pull that energy up into your neck your face Feel it move through your jaw. Give your jaw a jaw wiggle Feel it move up into your cheeks Over through your eyes your forehead your hair Feel your scalp tingle in this amazing mother nature goddess divine feminine energy And as it's filling your entire body making you all aglow You need to Call in your baby. This is your time now to call in your baby So take that energy and as you call for your baby shoot that energy at the top of your head Let it go through the ceiling the roof of the building you're in out into your town your city your country This planet send that energy out into the stars Let that beautiful goddess mother energy Swirl and call for him or her. I am ready We are ready We want you We want to be your parents You want to be our? Child We are ready for you. My body is ready for you. I'm strong I'm loving and I am ready for you and in all of this let that energy swirl amongst the cosmos The vibration of your loving energy Reverberating through this cosmos that energy calling Calling for your baby To bring baby home to your warm loving womb to your strong capable body To your soul filled with love and faith and hope open yourself up to receiving Allow yourself this moment to be completely open from your beautiful root feet Through your entire body out into the ether and just calling being a beacon For your baby's soul to find your soul and say you're the one take this time to be in your body Take some deep breaths. I Want you to come back into your body through the stars through the atmosphere Through the clouds in the sky down through your building or home And back into your body close up your crown chakra Come back into your body feeling every Cell in your body vibrating with its communion with soul and sky when you feel the faith in your body Find it hold it Run it through your body. I want you to imagine those roots coming back up through the earth Through the foundation through the floors up back into your feet coming back into your body bringing awareness To you sitting on the chair your feet flat on the floor Your hands in your lap come back to this meditation Every time you feel lost helpless Hurting you are not alone
