Today,
We connect with the divine energy of Goddess Kushmanda,
The creator of universe,
The source of light,
Energy and life.
Find a peaceful and comfortable place.
Sit gently,
Keep your spine straight and softly close your eyes.
Take a slow deep breath in and slowly exhale.
Again inhale deeply,
Let your body relax.
Release any tension,
Soften your shoulders,
Your face,
Bring your awareness to your breath.
Just observe.
Today,
We connect with the divine energy of Goddess Kushmanda.
She is known as the creator of the universe.
It is believed that with her gentle smile,
She created the entire cosmos.
She represents light,
Warmth,
Positivity and creative energy.
Her presence fills darkness with light and brings life,
Joy and expansion.
Now,
Gently bring your awareness to your heart center,
Your heart chakra.
Visualize a soft glowing green light in the center of your chest.
This light is warm,
Loving.
With every inhale,
It becomes brighter.
With every exhale,
It spreads love and positivity throughout your body.
Now,
Softly repeat the mantra within.
OM DEVI KUSHMANDAYAYI NAMAH OM DEVI KUSHMANDAYAYI NAMAH Feel the vibrations of the mantra,
Filling your heart with warmth,
Joy and light.
Now,
Imagine Goddess Kushmanda radiating divine light.
Her presence is bright,
Glowing like the sun,
Yet gentle and comforting.
From her heart,
Light spreads into the universe.
Now,
That same light is entering your heart.
Feel your heart glowing brighter.
Let this light dissolve any heaviness,
Sadness or negativity.
Now,
Gently reflect within.
Where do you feel heaviness in your heart?
Where do you hold onto negativity or pain?
Observe with our judgment.
Now,
Imagine placing all that happiness into this green light.
Watch it slowly dissolve and transform into love,
Joy and positivity.
Now,
Gently,
Silently affirm,
I am filled with light.
I am open to love.
I radiate positivity.
I create joy in my life.
Feel these words deeply within your heart.
Now,
Slowly bring your awareness back to your breath.
Feel the warmth into your chest.
Feel the expansion within.
Take a deep breath in and slowly exhale.
Now,
Gently,
Gently move your fingers.
And when you are ready,
Gently blink.
Carry this energy of love,
Light and positivity with you throughout your life.
