Welcome to day 5th of Navaratri Meditation.
Today we connect with the nurturing and protective energy of Goddess Skandamata,
The symbol of motherhood,
Compassion and unconditional love.
Find a calm and comfortable place,
Sit gently,
Keep your spine straight and relaxed and softly close your eyes.
Take a slow and deep breathe in and slowly exhale.
Again,
Inhale deeply and exhale slow.
Let your body relax.
Release all the tension.
Soften your shoulders,
Your face,
Your mind.
Now bring your awareness to your breath.
Just observe it natural and calm.
Today we connect with the divine energy of Skandamata.
She is the loving mother of Kartikeya.
She represents motherly love,
Protection and emotional healing.
Her divine presence brings comfort,
Safety and deep sense of care.
Gently bring your awareness to your throat chakra.
Visualize a soft glowing blue light in this area.
This light is calm,
Soothing and expressive.
With every inhale it becomes bright and with every exhale it spreads peace and emotional balance throughout your body.
Now softly repeat the mantra within.
Feel the vibrations of this mantra,
Bringing comfort,
Love and gentle strength.
Imagine goddess Skandamata sitting with her child,
Radiating warmth and compassion.
Her presence feels safe,
Nurturing and deeply loving.
Feel yourself surrounded by her protective energy,
Like a mother holding you with care without judgment.
Now gently reflect within.
Where do you feel emotional pain?
Where do you need healing or comfort?
Where do you struggle to express your feelings?
Observe without judgment.
Imagine placing all your pain,
Unspoken emotions and worries into the blue light.
Watch them slowly dissolve,
Transforming into peace,
Love and clarity.
Now silently affirm,
I am safe.
I express myself freely.
I am surrounded by care and protection.
Slowly bring your awareness back to your breath.
Feel the emotional lightness.
Take a deep breath in and slowly exhale.
Get ready to bring your body in awakened state.
Gently move your fingers,
Your toes and when you are ready,
Slowly open your eyes.
Carry this energy of love,
Protection and emotional balance with you throughout your life.
