We connect with the divine energy of Goddess Chandraghanta.
The symbol of courage,
Balance and inner strength.
Find a calm and quiet space.
Sit comfortably.
Keep your spine straight and gently close your eyes.
Make all the final adjustments.
Adjust the body,
Your cloths.
Keep the shoulders relaxed.
Hands relaxed over the knees or thighs.
Keep the legs in any comfortable position.
Now,
Take a slow and deep breath in and slowly exhale.
Inhale again deeply.
Let your body relax completely.
Relax your face.
Your eyes.
Your forehead.
Now,
Bring your awareness to your breath.
Just observe it flowing naturally.
Today,
We connect with the divine energy of Mother Chandraghanta.
She is the embodiment of courage,
Grace and inner balance.
Her name comes from the crescent moon.
Shaped like a bell on her forehead.
Symbolizing both calmness and readiness for action.
She teaches us how to remain peaceful within while being strong and fearless in the outer world.
Now,
Gently bring your awareness to your navel area.
Your solar plexus chakra.
The Madipur chakra.
Visualize a bright glowing yellow light in this region.
This light is warm,
Powerful,
Radiant.
With every inhale,
It becomes brighter.
With every exhale,
It spreads confidence,
Strength throughout your body.
Now,
Softly repeat within.
Om Devi Chandraghantaya Namaha Devi Chandraghantaya Namaha Feel the vibrations of this mantra.
Awakening courage.
Removing fear.
And strengthening your inner power.
Now imagine Goddess Chandraghanta in her divine form.
She is radiant.
Riding a lion.
Glowing with gold and light.
There is calm in her presence.
At immense power in her aura.
Hear the subtle sound of her bell.
Clearing all the negativity.
Dissolving fear.
Feel her energy surrounding you.
Let this powerful and peaceful energy enter your being.
Now,
Gently reflect within.
Where in your life do you feel fear?
Where do you hold back your true power?
Where do you need courage to move forward?
Just observe without judgment.
Now imagine placing all your fears,
Doubts,
And insecurities into that yellow light.
Watch them slowly dissolve.
Transforming into confidence,
Clarity,
And strength.
Now silently affirm,
I am strong.
I am fearless.
I trust my inner power.
Feel these words deeply within you.
Now,
Slowly bring your awareness back to your breath.
Feel the strength within.
Feel the calm within.
Now,
Take a deep breath in.
And slowly exhale.
Observe the body and mind once.
Check the current state.
Gently move the fingers.
And when you are ready,
Slowly blink and open your eyes.
Gentle smile on your face.
Carry this energy of courage,
Balance,
And inner strength with you throughout your life.
