Kiki Hocking here,
Click into the current with me.
Take one slow breath and let the body settle.
Let your bones be heavy and your muscles soften.
Let the mind go quiet and grok the field all around you,
The subtle layers of your being.
Nothing to do,
Just be.
Be in this now with me,
In the safety,
In the silence.
Bring your attention into your heart space,
Feel your heart beating,
The great pulse of all life,
Then go deeper into the quiet space beneath sensation,
Beneath all stories,
Beneath the surface.
Drop into your Mani,
The luminous diamond within,
That point of coherence,
The center that does not move,
But is a continuous cosmic outbreath.
You don't need to visualize it,
Just let your awareness rest there,
As if it already knows the way,
Because it does.
Your deeper intelligence knows.
Hear the current flows,
The noise fades,
The system finds its rhythm again.
This is your immeasurable center,
The place in you that cannot be defined,
But can always be returned to.
A center without edges,
A center without effort,
A center without time or space,
A center that is you before anything else.
You are the universe experiencing itself.
Stay here for a moment,
Breathing,
Resting,
Letting the field reorganize itself around coherence,
This wholeness.
From this center,
Let today's transmission land.
There is nothing to resist here.
There is nothing to resist here.
When you stop pushing,
Stop tightening,
Stop bracing against what is,
Your current begins to carry you.
Resistance locks contraction in space,
But when you soften even slightly,
The field opens.
The body remembers its innermost truth,
And life begins to move with you.
No more swimming upstream.
Right now,
Breathe into your center and quietly say,
There is nothing to resist here.
Inhale,
There is.
Exhale,
Nothing to resist here.
Inhale,
There is.
Exhale,
Nothing to resist here.
Feel how the system shifts.
Feel how the center holds you.
Inhale,
And feel how the current steadies.
Let that be enough.
When you're ready,
Slowly bring your awareness back to your breath,
Back to your body,
And back to the room,
But stay centered,
Stay attuned with this new orientation.
Let your day unfold from here.
