Welcome to your vision activation meditation.

This meditation is to support you in finding clarity and anchoring in to the possibility and the feeling of your future self.

Who are you becoming?

So starting off by closing the eyes,

Getting comfortable either lying down or seated.

Letting your body settle and start to take a deep breath in through the nose and slowly exhaling through the mouth.

Let's do that again,

Inhale deeply and as we exhale start to feel the body soften.

One more time,

Deep breath in,

Take the breath all the way up to the crown of the head.

And on the exhaling,

Softening a little bit deeper.

And then allowing your breath to return to a natural rhythm.

Allowing the jaw to soften,

Maybe even opening the mouth just a touch.

Allowing the shoulders to drop.

Letting go of everything that you've been holding on to.

Letting go of any tension.

Starting to bring your awareness now into your body.

Starting to draw the focus and attention to how does your body feel.

Maybe start to notice the support beneath you.

Reminding yourself you have nowhere else to be,

Nothing else needs your attention right now.

Allowing yourself to be present in this moment.

This space is yours.

Let the thinking mind soften and let the body lead.

Now I want you to gently bring forward a vision.

Starting to bring a vision.

A version of you maybe who feels clearer,

Grounded.

A version of you that's in full connection with who they are.

They're not perfect,

They haven't got it all figured out.

But this version of you has stopped abandoning themselves.

This version of you has started choosing what truly matters.

And as you start to visualize,

Start to notice where this version of you is.

What's the space like around them?

Are they indoors?

Are they outdoors?

What colors do you see?

What's the light like?

As you start to get clearer on this vision,

Start to notice what they are wearing.

How does this version of you carry themselves?

How do they move?

Notice the way they speak,

How they hold eye contact.

What energy do they bring into a room?

Are they calm,

Magnetic,

Confident?

Starting to zoom in a little bit more into this vision.

Start to notice what they are doing in this moment.

What's the expression on their face?

What choices and decisions are they now making with ease?

What has this version of you stopped tolerating?

Start to notice what arises in this vision.

Allowing this vision to become more and more vibrant.

Turning up the colors in your vision.

Making every detail of your vision stand out.

Now imagine you are stepping into that version of you,

Except you're not imagining them as separate to you.

That as already within you,

That version of you already exists inside of you.

You're just letting them take the lead now.

As you imagine merging with this version of you,

Start to notice the shift in your posture.

Notice how tall you stand.

Feel it in your breath,

The space around you.

Letting yourself breathe as them,

Feel as them,

And exist as them.

Knowing that this is a version of you that already exists.

You're just remembering how to access that version of you.

Your subconscious is always listening.

It's filtering your reality through what it believes is safe,

True,

And familiar.

So in this moment right now,

You are giving it a new direction.

You're showing it what to filter for,

What to expect,

What to create more of.

You're anchoring into this new blueprint based on trust,

Clarity,

And truth.

Taking a few deep breaths here,

As you really start to embody that version of you.

With every inhale becoming that version of you.

Now before you come back to your body,

Let that version of you leave you with one message,

One phrase,

One reminder,

One truth.

Let it rise up in your body.

Let it land softly into your bones.

Taking another deep,

Slow breath in.

Exhale anything that you no longer wish to carry.

And as you gently start to return to the space around you now,

Again,

Start to feel the support beneath you.

Start to feel the body,

The skin.

Start to notice the rise and fall of your belly.

And as you start to slowly add some movement into your body,

Maybe wiggling your fingers,

Moving your toes,

Just noticing how your body feels now.

And as we take one last deep breath,

Inhale who you are becoming.

And exhale who you no longer need to be.

Inhale who you are becoming.

Exhale who you no longer need to be.

Placing one hand on the belly,

The other on your chest,

Your heart space.

And knowing you are not stuck,

You are ready.

And when you're ready,

Slowly coming back,

Opening your eyes gently.

You are not stuck.

You are just ready.
