My name is Lacey Boucher and today we are going to go on an adventure to outer space.
No worries that you didn't pack your bags.
All you need is your imagination.
Sit back and just imagine it.
Relax sitting on your chair or on the ground.
You can keep your eyes open or you can close them down now.
Take in a deep breath.
In through your nose and out through your mouth.
Giving a nice big sigh when you exhale.
Let's do one together on the count of three.

Two,
Three.
On the next breath,
Breathe in deeply and on the exhale,
Drop your shoulders down and really let that sigh go.
One,
Two,
Three.
Dropping those shoulders right down.
We're going to take one more breath together and this time we're going to exhale into our toes.

Three.
Push that breath down,
Down,
Down to your feet.
Wiggling your toes on the ground and feeling grounded to the earth.
You are here in your body and ready to use your imagination to blast off into space.
Imagine your whole body is inside of a spacecraft.
There are huge windows all around to see outside and it is the most amazing design you could have ever dreamed of.
Wow,
I see spacecrafts of every color.
I see a jet black one and a rainbow one too.
Whatever your spacecraft looks like,
It is perfect and made just for you.

It is shimmering gold and it looks super fast.

Two,
One.
Blast off.
Away we go.
Up,
Up,
Up into the sky.
Wow,
Everyone is flying so fast and our spacecrafts are truly out of this world.
Look at you go.
Here we are.
We made it.
We're out of Earth's atmosphere and we are now in outer space.
It feels different up here.
What does it feel like to you?
It feels a bit cool up here.
It feels quite still.
Peaceful.
We are all here together floating along in our spacecrafts.
Look out your windows.
Do you see anything?
I see stars,
Asteroids,
The moon,
And look,
Even some planets.
Let's spend some time staring at our windows.
Rest your mind.
Let's float.
It looks like it is time to go back down to Earth now.
Let's start up our spacecrafts with a deep breath in.
One,
Two,
Three.
And let it go.
Use your breath to fly back down.
Deep breaths in.
And out through your mouth.
Deep breath in.
And exhale out.
Going down.
Down.
Flying as fast as we came up.
But this time,
We're flying back down to Earth.
Here we are.
We are back.
You are back in your body.
You are exactly where you left.
Your spacecraft slowly disappears as you wiggle your toes again.
Feeling the ground beneath you.
Feeling calm and ready for your day.
